    I am writing here since there are people who are either too misinformed or are promoting random hate in the name of freedom of expression. AND no in no way am i paid to write this Working out on these asanas regularly helps. I started with 5 counts of each. It really helped me tighten my abdomen muscles and naukasan helps tighten thigh muscles. As for someone remarking that these postures only correct the spine pls note any exercise routine starts with posture correction and people with belly fat need this since they slouch naturally due to weight and tucking in your tummy is difficult if u cannot straighten your spine. So people try not to get discouraged by the naysayers here. Pls do this workout. In case you feel its light increase the count. Ive done this for a week and it shows results. Happy exercising to all.

    Thank you for your continuing caring for us all! I am over 70 and still able to do some asanas, but knees are an issue, as well as some other pieces/parts. If you could offer some alternatives to the knee-intensive poses, and take into account aging bodies like mine, it would make these sessions even more valuable. Thank you again!

    It may also help burn fat but today I tried the first aasana.. I did it about 4-5 times.. and my god.. my colon was like empty in few mins after that.. I was super surprised and felt super relaxed

    There are more intense yoga postures for a toned stomach. First 2-3 are not going to do anything. Just because the spine is stretched, doesn’t mean that it will lead to a flat stomach

    The young girl is already fit and healthy, she should be sitting in the chair and explaining to the older lady, how to be fit and healthy.
    The older lady should be standing up and doing all the exercises !!!

    Mam, can you do a video for fibromyalgia? My all body is in pain from neck till feet. I had over ten acupuncture treatments, took Chinese decoction tea, but nothing helped. I had two car accidents in four weeks with brain concussion and Meyer's disease since that I cannot recover. Many thanks!

    Can people having BP [controlled by tablets] do all these aasans mentioned in this clip? Holding of breath should be avoided by BP patients is what I learnt at The Yoga Institute. Back then, I was in E group. But I caught up with BP from July 2021. I am presently aged 61.

    Hello ma'am... muje back mascular pain he left side pe. Uski vajah se me koi bhi excercise nahi kar pati. Please muje suitable excercise btaye. Muje cervical pain ki vajah se depression bhi rhta he. Choti choti bate mind me reh jati he aur bhot bura feel hota he.
