I am writing here since there are people who are either too misinformed or are promoting random hate in the name of freedom of expression. AND no in no way am i paid to write this Working out on these asanas regularly helps. I started with 5 counts of each. It really helped me tighten my abdomen muscles and naukasan helps tighten thigh muscles. As for someone remarking that these postures only correct the spine pls note any exercise routine starts with posture correction and people with belly fat need this since they slouch naturally due to weight and tucking in your tummy is difficult if u cannot straighten your spine. So people try not to get discouraged by the naysayers here. Pls do this workout. In case you feel its light increase the count. Ive done this for a week and it shows results. Happy exercising to all.

If you could offer some alternatives to the knee-intensive poses, and take into account aging bodies like mine, it would make these sessions even more valuable. Thank you again!
Please include a model who is 60 plus years old and also yoga exercises for 60 plus women since we are the ones who suffer most from menopausal belly fat! Thanks so much!
It may also help burn fat but today I tried the first aasana.. I did it about 4-5 times.. and my god.. my colon was like empty in few mins after that.. I was super surprised and felt super relaxed

There are more intense yoga postures for a toned stomach. First 2-3 are not going to do anything. Just because the spine is stretched, doesn’t mean that it will lead to a flat stomach
