Trikonasana Side Variation Series 5. Utkatasana 6. Dhanurvakrasana Relax for 5 mins after completing this intense series. Then lie down in Shavasana and relax every part of your body.

Mam regularly taking plain water and lemon juice. Turmeric water lemon juice every morning and night at empty stomach. But my upper arm and waist is heavy and I am working woman. and my job pattern is sedentary and standing posture and few walking activities.
