    Hi Mam I am 20 years old I am suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been on antibiotics for 2 years I am studying as a professional could you please upload a video for yoga? I have taken Ayurveda treatment has helped me a lot to reduce my inflammation and swelling but now I can't afford that due to financial issues. I have taken physiotherapy for 1 year now I can't continue that treatment due to financial issues. Could you please upload a video for the students who suffering from RA pls? From the age of 15, the word pain entered my life from there onwards started consulting several doctors and have taken different types of antibiotics At last at the age of 19 came to know the disease RA now I am under treatment of an RA specialist plss upload a video regarding this issue Mam it's a humble request due to financial issues can't able to take treatment. Now I am also suffering from sinusitis I do not know what to do I am having my classes online what do I have to do exam are on the way mammals help me? Mam Pls rply........

    Please inform which asanas are not to be done by persons having high bp. My yoga teacher said high bp people shouln not bend forwards.

      In the beginning do not exercise at a fast pace. Do it slowly. If bending forward causes anxiety / dizziness then avoid it. Do not exercise when your BP is too high. Deep breaths and medications will help in that phase.

    Can these be done if someone is suffering from upper abdominal ie supra-umbillical hernia?

      Namaste, we suggest you check with your consulting doctor. The latest hernia repair techniques usually allow you to return to normal activities within 2 weeks. Gentle exercise, such as walking, can help the healing process. Heavy lifting and strenuous activities should be avoided for about 4 to 6 weeks.

      @theyogainstituteofficial I've consulted doctors and they have said I don't need any surgery... I can continue with life without surgery also but for the whole life I'll have to avoid lifting heavy objects and also strenuous exercise and all.
      That's why I was asking you people whether I can pursue these yoga practices or not...??
