    Mere bete ki school bus hi 5:50am ko aati hai toh mujhe 4 o clock ko uthana hota hai…. Humare ghar par toh mere dono bete 5 baje se pehle uth jaate fir chahe wo sunday kyun na ho….humari habit ho chuki hai aur subah jaldi uthne ka sabse best part mujhe yeh lagta hai ki mujhe sunrise dekhne milta hai!!!!

      @@pankajarora7414 mera bada beta 4th std me hai aur wo 8:15 tak so jata hai par chota beta Sr.KG me hai wo 9:30 ko sota hai….par mera bada beta chote se hi jaldi sone ki adat ho gayi thi isiliye uski morning shift ki school rakhi….mere neighbors bhi puchte h ki aap kaise ye sab karte ho? Humare bachche 11 baje se pehale sote hi nahi!!! Mujhe punctuality follow karna ye pehale se pasand hai par mere husband businessman h aur wo kabhi ye follow nahi karte!!!!par mai apne bachchon ki studies aur ghar ko priority deti hu… ghumna firna nahi…isiliye mere dono bete icse board me h aur dono class me top par hai discipline me bhi aur sincerity me bhi….mere kuch friends hai unhe bachcho k projects complete karwane se jyaada kitty party aur ghumna jyaada prefer karte hai aur isse unke bete class me na rules follow karte hai na hi studies me dhyaan dete hai….bachchon ko achche sanskar dene k liye parents ko pehele rules follow karne hote hai!!!

      @@pankajarora7414 chote bete ke tiffin ka school ka schedule h mon-fri kya dena hai…par bade bete ko healthy breakfast jaise stuffed gobhi, aloo, paneer paratha, idli, vegetable pulav, vegetable Upma aur salads….protein rich laddoos….dinner me Monday- Friday schedule hota hai kya banana hai!!!

    I sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 4 am. Then I do half hour yoga, then I do my half hour regular exercise and then I do my dumbell exercise. Then I have warm water and then I chew some curry leaves and then I do my daily chorus. I m 23 and I m enjoying my life in a discipline way

      Yes.... And religion says to wake up for prayer before the sunshine..... Religion is the nature.... We should prefer religion bcoz science can't touch the level of religion....
      I hope everyone will get the right religion to follow...... And there is only one religion that can protect us from bad deeds and bad things..... I was to away from my religion... But when I come close to my religion,i feel inner comfort....
      But I get sad when I think that many good people are not in good religion.
      And please don't take this personally.... I respect all of us.

    Ma'am you are right our food should be good, we should do yoga, we should drink proper water. We must take care of ourselves. I also had PCOD and since I followed all the right diet and yoga at the right time, my body recovered completely and lost weight quickly.     a totally new thing learnt that alarm should be set for sleeping and not for waking
    it's right because waking is a natural process ,no efforts needed provided we have taken a sound sleep, body wakes automatically in this situation, it's the time of sleep which we have to manage

    Breathing meditations doesnt work in this age .mantra meditation is easy and effective

    I totally understand ur point but our lifestyle now so complicated we work till late nights , we have to look for the family as well . It's not possible for everyone to sleep at 9 o clock , some people even do night shifts .... some people have children who can not sleep till midnight what to in this case . Ur plan is only possible if someone is living alone have complete day shift work

    😃 1= सुबह का अलार्म की जगह रात का अलार्म.. Nice thought 💭
    2= meditation के लिए अलग जगह nice क्यूंकि bed पर नींद आयेंगी confirm
    3= रात का खाना before दिन ढलने से पहले खा ले और हल्का nice. 16 hours challenge easy ho jayega..
    मे second third काफी समय से follow कर रहा हूं. Gas acidity body से दूर रहती है.
    अब समस्या है कि किसी की girl friend rat ko lambi बात करना चाहें या उसकी Biwi दुनिया भर की बात करनी हो उसका क्या सोल्यूशन.. 🙃 कृपया ये भी बताए

      Yes...even i hv 12 hrs duty..how to manage😒7 to 7 pm..n after whole day work , needs to cook late nt8. So how can we manage?😒

    Hello mam , my sister age 20yr who's been preparing for competitive exams from past 3 yrs sitting at home hence her physical activity is 0 . Till now she was having periods every month with normal flow but from past 2 months she found that her flow is less that that she was having before. She got diagnosed with Hydrocolpos last month and doctor said that right now no need to do anything as there's no symptoms of pain and amenorrhea. Now she's very much worried about hydrocolpos. Please help us what should we do now? Is this problem can be corrected with physical activities. If yes then what exercise should we start doing.
    Mam please make a video on hydrocolpos please humble request.

    For number 1. Very good advice...but not realistic (already for some people) i need to work atleast till 11pm , so there is no way I can sleep before 12. I have been trying to get up early but that means need to compromise on sleep, which will be another bad thing to do.
    From the comments I see many other who have the same problem..so it's not just me. Pls Recommend something for those whom schedule does not allow sleeping early
