Well I have changed some of the things like substitute dinner with light food -soup ,so even if you are late it's ok. 2.you can have millets one thepla with veggies and sabji instead of soups. 3.compulsory meditation like a medicine 😀
That's true I want to know this as well because Soups does not satisfy the hunger if we are doing intermittent fasting, plus they don't recommend grains at night. I also want to know why we can't eat pulses like chole, moong etc which are good in protein for the body
