    I appreciate your work and information you are providing and helping millions of people to get solution of many health problems.
    But i would like to tell you that Dal with Chawal is must for us.....because this is we eat we have been eating since birth and there has been no any problem with it such as acidity and gas......we can't avoid dal with rice as that is not practical with most of average and below average people of our country.....also dal chawal sabji is like favourite food and complete budget food for maximum people in India.......I am sure maximum number of people will agree with my point....,.....and there is no any other doubt that you guys @satvic movement are doing great work 🙏🙏🙏

      Absolutely! Dal and rice together is one of the few ways vegetarians get complete protein. If digestion is a problem, moong dal soaked in water for a few hours and cooked with ginger should take care of it. These days, people advocate avoiding everything instead of retraining your body slowly and gently using Ayurvedic principles to improve the body’s ability to digest.

    1. Don't drink water while eating. Drink water 1 hour before and 2 hour after eating.
    2.Don' t mix two grain together. For example: Rice and dal, Rajma and rice.
    3. Don't eat fruit and grain together. For example: Apple and rice.

      Is that Pantoprazole 40? I have been taking it for 15 years because of kidney disease ( a totally different situation- you have to take it to prevent ulcers from the many other medications I have to take). But, it is well known that proton pump inhibitors have so many negative side effects and can negatively affect the absorption of nutrients in your food. Do seek advice from a specialist to wean off it if possible.

    Any possibility you could add always a few extra substitute tips for people living in regions that aren't easy to get tropical fruits etc.

    South Indian uses Tamarind in food...On regular basis...

    A little correction...dal is not anaj.. daal is kathol which is a source of protein whereas rice or wheat are ajaan which are main sources of carbohydrates. The theory is good that two carb sources should not be merged but anaj and kathol can be mixed. Dal and rice can be mixed. I am a nutritionist and would like to get the scientific evidences of your this statement as well 🙂

      I just came here because youtube recomended it to me. First of all, these people give no what-so-ever credentials about their education background or proven experience. Then go on telling some tips which are all hum-ho.
      I see they have put in good effort in terms of editing and narration but the content in itself is half baked. No statistical data presented what-so-ever. I guess we have to treat this as entertainment stuff than meaningful.
