हरि 🕉 नारायण नारायण नारायण मैं तो कुम्हार की मिट्टी की बहुत इज्जत करती हूँ। पानी मिट्टी के घड़े का ही पीती हूँ उस से बढिया फिल्टर कोई नहीं क्योंकि R O तो जरूरी minerals बाहर कर देता है और उस पानी में ताकत नहीं रहती । दीवाली पर दिये भी मिट्टी के ही जलाती हूँ। मिट्टी की हांडी में धीमी आँच पर और भी ज्यादा tasty और पौष्टिक सब्जी पकती है क्योंकि एकदम तेज आँच पर पोषक तत्व उड़ जाते हैं। कहावत भी है - सहज पके सो मीठा होय।

Gas hamesha chote burner ki use kare chote bartan k liye aur low flame pe pakaye.. bartan ko kabhi direct farsh pe ni kisi soft se kapde k bane mote stand k upar rakhe.

Tadka includes mustard,cumin,hing,turmeric,methi seeds,curry leaves etc. All these ingredients have all medicinal properties. Why are we missing them in Satvic way of cooking ?

My take away is use as nature gives you ...if we shud not take oil from coconut no oil from mustard use mustard leaves or instead of teaspoon use mustard as quarter cup amount to get the same benefit as mustard oil ? Not sure how it will be like using so much mustard ...think of it we can't powder shud use whole is making paste better than powder ?
In Maharashtra people use coarsely ground groundnut and til too..i think u can use groundnut, sesame seeds. Even i too have tried using ground nuts...it tastes amazing

@@marianpaul3678 it's not necessary to cook on clay pot...I cured my many life-threatening diseases by steaming the veggies in a stainless steel steamer...after that only I used to mix the gravy with the steamed veggies....even steaming the veggies are far better than boiling in clay pot...Remember...steaming is better than boiling...don't worry about taste...it will taste exactly same...

@@abhirajsingh803 Also this type of cooking takes a lot of time and cooked fresh. Opening such type of restaurant *may* effect the operations and profitability of the restaurant. Idea is not bad but feasibility is a challenge.
It’s good. But mitti bartan will take lot of time to cook on gas. Bhut zada gas use hoti h is se. Pehle k time me chuhlla hota tha isliye ye bartan use krte the. Although it’s a good video. Whosoever can afford must do it 👍

I genuinely appreciate and understand this Satvic way of cooking. Please answer my query - ** in our Indian culture there is process of doing Tadka. Tadka includes mustard,cumin,hing,turmeric,methi seeds,curry leaves etc. All these ingredients have all medicinal properties. Why are we missing them in Satvic way of cooking ?

Being a north india it's impossible to say on just coconut and ignore others fruits oil as peanut and mustard, seasme.
Yes...we can use mustard seeds...sesame seeds...peanuts and cashews for our gravy
U can use groundnuts powder directly in some dishes its taste good...
My take away is use as nature gives you ...if we shud not take oil from coconut no oil from mustard use mustard leaves or instead of teaspoon use mustard as quarter cup amount to get the same benefit as mustard oil ? Not sure how it will be like using so much mustard ...think of it we can't powder shud use whole is making paste better than powder ?
In Maharashtra people use coarsely ground groundnut and til too..i think u can use groundnut, sesame seeds.
Even i too have tried using ground nuts...it tastes amazing

Mai काफी सालों से वार्ट्स की हॉमोपाथी दवाई ले रहा था लेकिन कोई आराम नहीं आ रहा था, फिर मैंने जैन जी की वीडियो देखी जिसमें सात्विक सब्जी और रोटी के बारे में बताया गया है और 16 घंटे की फास्टिंग और ओर रात में सलाद की सलाह दिन में क्या ले ओर सुबह क्या खाए और भी काफी जैसे चीनी को नजरंदाज करने जैसी बहुत कारगर सलाहे दी गई थीं ओर मैंने वो सब का अनुपालन किया ओर साथ में warts ki दवाई भी ली,
ओर शरीर में गंदगी जो हमारे गलत खान पान किया गलत खान पान के समय की वजह से जमा हो जाती है उस के बारे में भी जैन जी ने बताया था

@@marianpaul3678 it's not necessary to cook on clay pot...I cured my many life-threatening diseases by steaming the veggies in a stainless steel steamer...after that only I used to mix the gravy with the steamed veggies....even steaming the veggies are far better than boiling in clay pot...Remember...steaming is better than boiling...don't worry about taste...it will taste exactly same...
