Thank you. I am doing it. I am a big fan of all your videos. I was a part of three day juice diet also. One more point pls add in the video i.e, For e.g: I am having extra fat, due to which my weight is bit more. In that case I can't jump. If I do that my knees get hurt. So instead of jumping we can move out leg and raise our hand for 50 counts. You can pls add that point in your video, so the people who are already fat can do that excercise and will benefitted from the video.

Hey this is genuine review from ur subscriber.....I followed ur juice fast after a day of lemon honey fasting.... seriously..I never felt tired and was super energetic all day....never in my life I have fasted more than a day and for 4 days straight I fasted and results were amazing ... exclude the weight loss..coz it happens definitely..but the results were amazing....I could focus more and for the first time after 5 years ..I felt like reading a book and I have read half of the guru charitra in these 4 days....first time I could take my daughter for some playtime for 3 hrs without getting tired ....we bonded great and also my brain fog disappeared after 2 days and my brain is as sharp as a student.....my bonding with family increased as I kept my mobile aside as I didn't feel like having screen time and finally my body is active as never and I did 45 mins strength workout everyday with super energy.....would love to do more of these fasting atleast once a month from now onwards

Hello Satvik Movement. Many many thanks for these amazing videos. I am following satvik lifestyle for last 2 weeks and it feels amazing except one part that is I am bloated through out the day after doing enema. Is it ok or am I doing something wrong?

Try eating fats(healthy fats) more. Include good proportion in your meal, pulses, fruits and dairy products will help.

I have had cervical spondylosis for the past couple of years and I am only 18. This generally happens to people who are in their 30s. Can you please make a video on how to get rid of this? No amount of fasting or exercise seems to be helping with weight loss. I even tried 108 surya namaskar challenge and still there was 0 change in my weight as well.

Guys I agree with Subhah ma'am on many things but reducing body weight is not necessary, necessary is reducing excess body mass. When you eat healthily your fat weight reduces and muscle weight increases so the weight may remain constant or increase. but fat and carb weight reduces and muscle weight increases which is a good indication.

I’m too much underweight. I’m suffering from primary stage myelofibrosis. How do I gain weight? I take only 1 capsule daily, which has side effect of indigestion. Due to this I am not able to digest lot of things. Do u have any suggestion for my problem?
