    मैने 1.5 महीने में 8 किलो वजन कम किया है जिसमे मेने शुगर ,मैदा, गेहूं और चावल पूरी तरह से बंद किया और ग्रीन टी लेना शुरू किया nuts खाना शुरू किया और जिम में कम से कम 400 कैलोरी बर्न करना शुरू किया मेरा वजन 93 था अब 85 हो गया है और अब अगला टारगेट 80kg करना है मेने वजन कम किया है तो आप भी कर सकते हैं 😊😊😊😊😊

    डॉक्टर साहब परिश्रम करना सिखाइए, वेट लॉस से ज्यादा फिटनेस पर ध्यान खिंचवाइये। आप जो बताते हैं वह बात बिल्कुल सही है लेकिन एक आम इंसान इतना सब परहेज नहीं कर सकता सब कुछ खाए सीमित मात्रा में और परिश्रम, व्यायाम ज्यादा से ज्यादा करें। वेट लॉस के लिए दवा का प्रयोग करना ठीक नहीं है

    Deficit your calories along with workout and you’ll be fine. Until person not controlling his/her calories intake accordingly fat will remain no matter what you do. Body start burn fat for energy once you deficit the calories since body is not receieving the adequate amount of calories. I consume basic food like dal, chawal on a daily basis in a limit I set and it worked for me.

      ​@@ridammisra1299count your calorie required. According to body weight, height and physical activity there is a specific calorie required to maintain that weight. U have to eat less than alloted limit for weight loss.

    Roti ke ilaava saari cheezein maine 15 saal se chorh rakhi hain,occassionally,I eat them!it really works!no exercise or dieting! When people ask me the reason behind my fitness,I also suggest them to avoid sugar,oily food,packaged food nd baverages nd no dieting!ye sab avoid krne se skin bhi achi rehti hai!
