डॉक्टर साहब परिश्रम करना सिखाइए, वेट लॉस से ज्यादा फिटनेस पर ध्यान खिंचवाइये। आप जो बताते हैं वह बात बिल्कुल सही है लेकिन एक आम इंसान इतना सब परहेज नहीं कर सकता सब कुछ खाए सीमित मात्रा में और परिश्रम, व्यायाम ज्यादा से ज्यादा करें। वेट लॉस के लिए दवा का प्रयोग करना ठीक नहीं है
Deficit your calories along with workout and you’ll be fine. Until person not controlling his/her calories intake accordingly fat will remain no matter what you do. Body start burn fat for energy once you deficit the calories since body is not receieving the adequate amount of calories. I consume basic food like dal, chawal on a daily basis in a limit I set and it worked for me.
