      Bade office me baithne wale nahi, office me badi position par baithne wale logon ke liye hai...
      Bhai naukri walon ko bhi possible nahi hai ye sab...
      Yahan to 10 ghante ki naukri, 30 min ka lunch time, 2-3 ghanta kaam pe ana jana...
      Fir Ghar jakar khana pakana, aur subah kaam pe Jane se pehle khana pakana...aur office me khane ke liye ek nirdharit time hi milna...
      To fir ye sab kab karega insaan.
      Yahan to bas senior management ke log hi fit dikhte hain companies me kyunki wo log apne according routine follow karne me free rehte hain..aur jo niche darje ke log hain sare restrictions, sari bimariyan sirf unhe hi milti hai bonus ke roop me.😢😢

    सुनिए आप लोग किसमीस काजू बादाम पिस्ता अखरोट फल भस्म चांदी खाते हैं इसलिए आपलोग एक बार खाकर रह सकते है। अगर मध्यम वर्ग का व्यक्ति एक बार चावल दाल खाएगा तो कितने दिन तक जीएगा।

    Main ek hi time khana khati hon, evening 5.30-6 baje. This video is correct, actually roti sabji pachne main time lagta hai 12-13 hours isliye har insan ko ek time hi khana khana chahiye. Day time main aap fruit,dry fruit ya daliya kha sakte hai ya phir bolied moong,chana,peanut. I follow this rule

    ek dum sahi baat h , jab pet khali rehta h specially raat mein 6/7 baaje dinner kar lete h to khana jaldi digest ho jata h aur pet khali ho jata h raat 11 baje tak ,tab pet khali ho jata h to jo energy raat ka khana ko pachane mein laga rehta ,uss energy khali pet mein body ke damage cell hote h jiske karan bimariya hoti h us cells ko recycle karke repair karti h .

    जीसे काम-धंधा नही मेहनत का काम नही ऊसे भूख नही लगती, किसान दस घंटे खेती मे काम करके थकते है तो भर पेट भोजन करके सो जाता है फीर भी लंबी आयु जीते हैं ।

    भोजन बनाने व करने की क्रिया बहुत सारे परिवारों में लगभग यही रही है.बचपन में खेत में काम करने वाले श्रमिक वर्ग से लगातार सम्पर्क रहा है. उनके भी भोजन करने की प्रक्रिया कमोवेश यही रही है.

      Even not possible for general worker of offices.
      Only higher management people can follow this routine as per their wish, not the middle and lower level employees in any office.

    I belong to jain religious and it has been told to us to take our food by 5th pm..any how....we should do fast...we should have satvik bhojan..no onion no garlic...but people make lot of fun...hw you can eat that food....but nw...they are getting the reason.....

    Bhai naukri walon ko bhi possible nahi hai ye sab...
    Yahan to 10 ghante ki naukri, 30 min ka lunch time, 2-3 ghanta kaam pe ana jana...
    Fir Ghar jakar khana pakana, aur subah kaam pe Jane se pehle khana pakana...aur office me khane ke liye ek nirdharit time hi milna...
    To fir ye sab kab karega insaan.
    Yahan to bas senior management ke log hi fit dikhte hain companies me kyunki wo log apne according routine follow karne me free rehte hain..aur jo niche darje ke log hain sare restrictions, sari bimariyan sirf unhe hi milti hai bonus ke roop me.😢😢
