Yahan to bas senior management ke log hi fit dikhte hain companies me kyunki wo log apne according routine follow karne me free rehte hain..aur jo niche darje ke log hain sare restrictions, sari bimariyan sirf unhe hi milti hai bonus ke roop me.😢😢

Main ek hi time khana khati hon, evening 5.30-6 baje. This video is correct, actually roti sabji pachne main time lagta hai 12-13 hours isliye har insan ko ek time hi khana khana chahiye. Day time main aap fruit,dry fruit ya daliya kha sakte hai ya phir bolied moong,chana,peanut. I follow this rule
