बहोत ही "जिने की सही राह" बताई अपने। वैसे मे ये intermittent feasting काफी साल से कर रहा हू। और इसके मुझे जबरदस्त फायदे मी मील रहे है। मेरी उम्र 75 साल है और मेरा वजन 62 kg है। ये वजन मै पिछले कई सालो से मेन्टेन कर रहा हू। हालाकि मै भी कुछ age factor disease का शिकार हू। मुझे BP, sugar है। इसके लिए डाक्टर द्वारा prescribed दवाईया हर रोज लेता हू। fasting के साथ साथ regular morning walk, exercise और कुछ प्राणायम करता हू। धन्यवाद।
BP sugar are not age factor diseases. It is more consumption of wheat, rice and sugar. My brother is of 60 yrs now and he cured his diabetes just by shifting to jau ki roti instead of wheat and no rice for first few months. Morning walk, exercise and cycling after dinner helped him to maintain his weight and now he is not taking any medicine. All his BP, cholestrol medicines are stopped. He eats lunch at 10 am and dinner at 6:30 pm. No breakfast only black tea in the morning with ginger, lemon grass, mint leaves etc

I am 83 years old , I have been doing intermittent fasting 14-16 hours, for last 6 months, I go to gym for weight training 2 times a week . I have gained 11 lbs in last 55 yrs. Despite of my hard , I have type 2 diabetes , it is well controlled with small dose of single diabetic medication . I finds this video very encouraging. I am doing intermittent fasting since last 5 yaers on each Thursday. Best tricks to continue 1. Think at least once before the tge day about fasting. No acid reflux will occurs. Your system will not release any pancreatic juice. 2. Keep busy whole day. I do yoga, exercise, book reading, playing cricket, job. Believe me after few months you will fill more energetic on fasting day. 3. forsome reasons if you have to skip fasting on Scheduled day. Than plan for another day. But never skip.
Benefits I am getting 1. I find myself more self disciplined 2. My year constipation and acidity problem cured 3. I get plenty of times to do work on that day 4.helps to maintain body wait easily.
