    Brother Ram Verma ji namaskar ! Aapke bodies dekhkar bahut saloon mila. Sir meri sugar ghat jati hai aur mujhe checker aane lagte hain. Sir suger level chadhane ke liye mujhe bahut jayada gurh-shakkar romana Khana padta hai aur ye gurh-shakkar kha-kha kr main bahut oob chuka hu aur mere daant bhi kamjor ho rahe hain. Please kripa krke mujhe mujhe koi aisa ghrelu upaye ya update btayein ki mujhe suger level normal karne ke liye meetha km se km khana pade.
