Do yog nindra meditation once a day .
Use sea salt fir Exfoliate n Hydrate .
Technique start at 13:00 mints
-- In a hlf bucket water ,add 2 tpsn of sea salt thn take a towel n put into that bucket .Before taking a bath u should use this sea salt water by rubbing the wet towel of sea salt water on ur body i.e.(Exfoliate).
For Hydration --To hydrate ur skin Take hlf spoon of sea salt in water n drink sea salt water daily .👍👍
Can u tell us this sea salt water is of cold water or warm water or normal water 🤔🤔

One small suggestion - kindly give hindi name also. With salt there is lot of confusion - this sea salt is "kaala" namak or "sendha" namak ?
