35 MINUTE B&B KNOCKOUT ABS! 🌶

  • 💫 Warm ups and Cool Downs are available for B&B members on the site! Please make sure to properly do both before and after this workout. 💫
    Get ready for a 30-minute OG Knockout Abs with All On The Floor Core Finishers. Yep, we'll be punching, kicking and crunching!
    Grab a set of optional light hand weights and get ready to light those abs on fire. FYI - I use 3-lb weights in the video for the finishers aka burnouts. OG simply means that we'll be working your core while boxing and kickboxing.
    Here's what to expect: 3-total rounds of a boxing drill, kicking drill, and a kickboxing combo. Peppered in between are 90-second core finishers.
    Round 1: Ab Focused Boxing Drill in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Finisher: Banana Crunch & Chop.
    Round 2: Ab Focused Kicking Drill in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Finisher: Cross Body Knee & Turkish Bridge.
    Round 3: Ab Focused Kickboxing Combo in both Orthodox & Southpaw Stances + 90-second All On The Floor Core Finisher: Fighting Sprinter Crunch & DBL Arm Sit-Up.
    Remember to modify accordingly!

    Ive been doing Christa's workouts since the OG Popsugar days and THISSSSS is my Favorite workout of hers of all time!!! we need like 15 more of these christa!!! love this style and how my abs felt afterwards!

    Ahhhhhh I missed these. I was doing these for a few weeks and then work got so busy I was working daft hours and prioritised going for a walk instead to get out the house (I work from home). But I missed the sweat, the intensity, the feeling of strength and skill building! I hope I can keep up the consistency streak! Thanks for these!

    Hi Christa! Your workouts are always very refreshing! In my opinion even if a bit bubbly you are the best cardio kickboxing trainer in RUclips (I looked around for others) Specially because you give orientations from kickboxing so I don't feel that I am only punching and kicking the air...
