50 MINUTE B&B KNOCKOUT ABS! 💥

  • 💫 Warm ups and cool downs are available for B&B members on the site! Please make sure to properly do both before and after this workout. 💫
    Get ready for boxing, kickboxing, and core focused dumbbell, kettlebell, and glider builds in this OG Knockout Abs!
    We'll be punching, kicking, strength training, and gliding. Remember, you don't need KB's or gliders to enjoy. Each round I'll take you through a boxing drill or kickboxing combo followed by a build targeting your knockout abs and a pinch of upper body. Round 1 we'll be working with DB's, Round 2 KB's, and Round 3 we'll finish off with glider work. Each build will start with two movements and we'll continue to stack the exercises until you're left with a fun flow. As your builds increase, so sill your work time.
    To add even more hot sauce, I gave you each boxing drill and kickboxing combo in its entirety. So you'll notice we don't stop to add on.
    Remember to listen to your body, modify accordingly, and DO YOU.

      LOVE this workout- and excited to get sliders- but I’d like to know what kind of Mat to get because I’m a little lost with this new bit of equipment (I’ve not bought sliders or a mat yet but I’m excited to!). Please advise on equipment- thank you so much Christa & B&B ninjas! ❤

    Superb Cardio Flow Toning using weights & Glders....Loved it... I had tried it in my daily morning work out.... so sweaty...yet make me Fresh inside out....Thank you Christa ... You are the best

    This is mentally bananas 😮‍💨 😅 I did end up not feeling the time (except for the gliders lol) bc I was too busy thinking of the next move! Though I prefer being able to focus on form instead of thinking about the next move 😅 Loved the second combo the most ❤❤❤❤

    I hate that you didn’t do progressions for this workout. It’s impossible to remember the entire flow and I’m spending more time rewinding than working out.
