Oh my GOODNESS!!! 😅😅 This was epic. The kickboxing... the prompt box... the KETTLEBELL CIRCUIT - perfect in every detail. Definitely had to add more breaks, but cannot wait to return to it!
This was as bananas as I remembered 😂 But enjoyed myself more this time around! Still a mental push realizing we still had the glider round, but then found myself adding a few sit ups there too! Made it yaaaa 🙌🙌🔥🔥

I was able to do 5s and then 6 reps for that kettlebell round, increasing every 2 minutes. Had to get my mediums for the dumbell workout bc the only movement I can do in there safely with my 15s was that deadlift really. Found the transition a little too short , like you were even running out of time 😂 Had to replay for the combos So glad I pushed myself through all of it though! 🙌🙌🙌 and gonna have a good meal tomorrow hehehe

Since you're trolling for feedback: 1) the workout was challenging, both to strength and cardio 2) If you need to cut and reshoot those interludes so you can show the proper technique between sets, please do that. Yes, it's always ideal if you can do it in one take, but for the person trying to do the workout without knowing the sequences, we lose the first 1-2 rounds of EMOM trying to figure it out as we go, then trying to figure out if we need to modify or not. And let's be honest, some of those sequences do take a little mental energy to learn and get right. We need to see them before the set starts. 3) Please include warm-up and cooldown. These are essential parts of any workout and critical to avoiding injury. These movements are high intensity and can easily cause injury. We need to be warmed up and cooled down. 2-3 minutes at each end of the workout is enough. 4) Jumping with weights is not going to be good for anyone's knees 5) Other than that, the set is beautiful. The energy is positive and fun, and the workout's challenging enough without feeling like it's a struggle to get through. Looking forward to more!

But thanks for your critique! As stated in the description, warm ups and cool downs are on my site once you become a member. I don't film specifically for RUclips. My program has a playlist feature so you can switch up the warm ups and cool downs each day and the vids play back to back. As for the jumping with weights, I always offer mods and encourage everyone to do what feels safe. Safety is key here at B&B and as always listen to your body and do YOU. Thanks!
