Same for me too! I first overcame my body dysmorphia with these workouts when I found out how awesome it is to punch and kick like that, and now 5 years later, at 22, I still come back to christa's workouts, because they're still so fun!
I have hypothyroidism and is so hard to loose weight , but I stared doing ur workouts and eating right and so far in almost 2 months i lost almost 10 pounds. I love doing this type of workout is not boring at all . Thank you

This video should never have been upload. Sorry. You're swearing like a sailor all the way through your second series and then in the 3rd, you've got Mr. Salty behind the camera being mouthy and disrespectful and giving orders. You're the instructor, not him. You give the orders in your class. You maintain the atmosphere. The camera man should _never_ be seen or heard. This video should be re-recorded and reuploaded without this unprofessional behavior. It's nowhere near consistent with the vibe you usually bring, and which defines your brand. Lastly, there's no warm-up and cooldown. While I understand this is intended to be a modular video, for those of us who might have just discovered you on RUclips and aren't subscribed to your workout plan, we start right into a hamstring heavy series with no warm-up and then do a burn-out at the end with no stretch and cooldown. That's a really terrible way to present your work. You ARE better than this. I've done a dozen other workouts from you all of which are fun, challenging, with lots of positive energy. This one's not up to par.
