Like all of your sessions. Shoulders a little tight from doing dishes, bending over a sink. This short but effective session helps relax me. I was wondering though, on some of the movements I need more than one inhale or one exhale. Is that something I should strive to correct? Charlie still in Syracuse NY.
Please follow your natural breath rather than my exact cues. The pace of everyone’s breath is different. So go at your own pace 😊😊
