Perfect. Seems just right for my body. I found years ago that breath work has helped chronic pain. Drs laughed at me. So glad that I found Dr. Furlan and to your channel. The chair yoga chi gong is a pleasure for this achy body.
Thank you. I was reluctant to try this because I didn't want to feel like a piece of crap if I couldn't do it. But I could do most of it and I feel BETTER. I feel encouraged to try again tomorrow and keep working at increasing my mobility. I was a body builder that randomly had a virus attack and damage my heart.. I'm slowly crawling my way back towards health.. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this video. For the past five months I have been unable to maintain my normal yoga & pilates workouts. I had extensive foot surgery with metal screws & plates & was non weight-bearing for six-eight weeks. Three months after that surgery I had my second total hip replacement. I am so eager to get back to yoga. This was a beautifully relaxing and gentle way to ease myself back into a regular workout routine.
This is such a wonderful chair yoga flow! I know that this was released several years years ago, but it is a perfect sequence to provide a little gentle mobility to the entire body. And I love that it's suitable for all levels and abilities! Chair yoga classes are my favorite to plan and film too!

I am so grateful for this particular video and its associated website. I live in a seniors’ independent living apartment in a building that also houses a nursing home wing both of which are closed to all but the most essential outsiders during this Covid 19 pandemic. The Active Seniors Centre here in the building where I usually play cribbage and attend Chair Yoga and Meditation class is also closed. I bought a compact exercise bike 🚵🏻♀️ just a few weeks ago and that bike, my Head Space app and these chair yoga videos are helping me deal more productively with the enforced isolation. The slow clear explanation of the moves is great because as I age, my processing time is slowing down...along with everything else. Now if I could just find an Instacart - associated store that had 🧻, life would be just swell.
I'm recouping from breaking my ankle twice (yes, seriously) in less than 6 months. This was a perfect spot to begin. I've done yoga for 20+ years and not letting some silly broken ankle get in the way of my yoga practice. I am starting out super easy and already thinking of ways to adapt poses. Downward dog, will not be able to straighten my right leg fully because the metal holding my ankle back together doesn't allow me to stretch it all the way. I was glad to find this and other super simple routines, hope you are doing well!

I like the 25:26 minute chair yoga better then this 1 but I only had 10 minutes before I had to go do something so thank you again I love you gals
