We use this video in the senior center I go to. I love the quiet music, the soft bells, and the gentle pace. I also like the fact that people have the option of doing the motions seated. Excellent video.

Thank you! I have a PD and many side effects including instabilty. I believe you exercises may improve my stability. I performed all the exercises standing, but I had to hold a chair while performing the exercise which requires standing on one leg. I will repeat this exercises and hope to improve my performance.

I recommend this video for anyone beginning and/or with limited movement.
I used to teach Tai chi but have become very sedentary.
There are three people demonstrating the movements, two in chairs and one standing.
One in a chair cannot move her left arm. The other takes smaller movements. The narrator explains each level as they move through the steps.
The steps are paused twice to allow for a place to stop if you need to.
    A great place to start.

I'm 66 years old, broke my hip 20 years ago, and even though I'd been very active before, I became extremely sedentary after that. It was like my body ached constantly and stopped working. I've been doing this program daily for several weeks now, and I can't believe the changes I'm already experiencing. Thanks so much for this.

28 years old, I had a hip replacement at 19 due to complex medical conditions and past surgeries. I never thought I'd get good balance or flexibility back with the slight leg length difference, but this is making all the difference in the world. It's gentle on my body, I feel pleasantly warm and exercised after this but not exhausted.

I'm 67 years old, semi-disabled, and although I've known I needed to be more physically active for a long time finding exercises that took my limitations into account was nearly impossible. I've always been interested in Tai Chi and Qi Gong, so finding this video has been an absolute lifesaver. I'm able to do it nearly every day and love it. I just feel so much better doing something positive for my health. Thank you, and I look forward to trying more programs!

I'm speechless! I've been so depressed because I was told not to exercise because I'm severely anemic, but this is incredible! My body has been deteriorating so fast that I needed something. This is perfection. I listened to my body to start this, and I listened further and followed all 3 of you. I feel better than I have since this all started. I will continue to use these videos daily. ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊

Build up your body with a green drink each day (they're all good and you can buy a powder and mix it with water or juice), and also a small piece of good quality steak. And keep away from anyone who tells you not to exercise. There are exercises for every single person and every single problem and the body must move for any blood you have to circulate. So study up Ms. Kathy. A life of adventure awaits you.

I can't say how grateful I am for these videos. Exercise can be so hard with fibromyalgia, and I often feel discouraged when I'm trying to do a video but can't do many of the poses... The modifications you offer make it possible for me to do nearly every move, and I can adjust it to make it harder or easier, depending on how I'm doing that day. Those modifications, along with the positive narration, help not only my body but also my confidence. Thank you!!!

Just came across this and loved the exercise programme. I started the gentle chair yoga (25 mins) a few weeks ago, but only just connected the dots....!! I am so pleased all these programmes have been put together by qualified rehab specialists and think that showing the exercises at three different mobility levels is fantastic. Will check out the other videos on relaxation and meditation as well. Thank you! Maybe this is a New Year's resolution that I can keep!

Your chair yoga was my first one with you as I have bad knees now and can’t do floor exercises. I loved the gentle approach and soothing music. So glad to see this video as I’ve wanted to try tai chi to improve my balance but found other videos too complicated. I also love that you show different levels for those physically challenged. Simple instruction and so soothing you girls are the best! Oh and for those that don’t think chair yoga is effective think again. It gets me breathing deeply and I can really feel the benefits;)

This is the only video I have seen that you all have made where the experts did not know what they were doing. It's disappointing. I'm hoping you'll redo this with someone who knows tai chi. The poor lady doesn't even know how to hold the ball. Tai chi has really helped me in my stroke recovery. It's a great tool with a good teacher/instruction. The other two ladies did a nice job of modifying.
