I'm still working on the 3 part breathing portion. I find it difficult, but whenever I do this particular routine, I DO work it! This routine had some new active positions and I found that, as I breathed in and out during these positions, I did manage to smooth the breathing so it worked in tandem with the movements. Being relaxed while executing these moves is key. Thank you, Sue, for allowing me to dive deeper into myself!...Anastasia

Sue, that was awesome! I did this during noon hour after some rather hard morning work here on the farm and really felt better afterwards ! I'll definitely be repeating this one 🙂

Nice and slow movements. The Durga breath requires much practice!! The first Durga breath exercise required bringing the navel to the spine. I'm not sure if this is to be repeated during the 2nd Durga breath segment. It's difficult to discern the breath spreading from the center (not the belly) to the upper chest. I'm guessing patience and practice may bring me there!? Still I've come away feeling good. Thank you, Sue!...Anastasia

Yes it does take a bit of practice and sometimes helps to place one hand on belly and one on heart. That way can feel the body rise and fall, so another center of awareness. Thanks for sharing your feedback. Enjoy! 😊💗
