    Your soft, gentle voice allowed me to pierce my center space, and your routine opened that space. All throughout this delightful exercise your prompting allowed me to explore that space. Quite a few parts of me felt open when done. Thank you so much...Anastasia

    Once again Sue I find your sessions to take the kinks out of a bicycle ride. The road bike position is less than comfortable but finding and doing one of your sessions really helps. Thank you from Charlie in Syracuse NY.

    Satisfying session as always. I have what might be a silly question. Is inhaling and exhaling thru the nose the only method or could exhaling thru the mouth ok as well? Whatever, thank you. Charlie in Syracuse NY

      Hi Charlie, that's not a silly question. Good question about breathing! So, in yoga we generally inhale and exhale through the nose because it invites a deeper, more calming breath. Of course, please breathe however is comfortable! Sometimes a teacher might suggest exhaling out of the mouth as a way of releasing heat. Glad you enjoyed your practice!!
