- A 70 Exercise in 70 Mins Full Body Workout With Dumbbells is the aim of the game today with this awesome no repeat full body workout mash up.
Yes that's correct 70 exercises in total and never repeating the same exercise twice.
We will be targeting the back, chest, legs, shoulders, arms and abs and leaving no stone unturned in this awesome challenge
What we will be doing is dedicating 10 minutes and 10 exercises to each muscle group.
Each exercise throughout the entire workout will be for 40 secs of work and just 15 secs rest
It's going to be action packed and relentless throughout.
The great thing is with this full body workout is that it will work with any weights.
So no matter you age, level or sex this one is for you to take on.
If you need to make the workout tougher, simply up the weights being used.
Perfect whether you're training at home or a gym.
The beauty also with the no repeat workouts is that they never get boring. So much variety and a lot of fun all while getting in an amazing full body workout

I'm not going to lie. I was s bit scared before I started but I made it through to the end. For reference: I used, 5, 7.5 and 10 kg and the tracker says 700 kcal. 😰 I extended some breaks and had to improvise a bit but almost everything is doable with a mat and a chair. Nice one 🖖🏻💪🇩🇪
