30 Min Upper Body Workout At Home | 2 Dumbbells | Any Weight | All levels friendly

- Join me today for this 30 Min Upper Body Workout At Home which you can do using nothing but 2 dumbbells and get a great upper body workout in with any weight available
If you want to make it a tougher workout, you can simply up the weight being used or go heavier on certain exercises.
The nature of this workout means no matter your current level or age, you can all do this workout along with me
What we will be doing here is working our way through 10 exercises in total.
There will be 2 exercises per muscle group. We will then work through that circuit 3 times for an awesome upper body workout
2 exercises per muscle group. Each exercise will be performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between
CHEST
Push ups
chest fly
BACK
Raise & Pull
Bent over row with rotation
SHOULDERS
Seated Shoulder Press
Seated side lateral raises
BICEPS
ISO bicep curls
Hammer curl rotations
TRICEPS
Tricep kickbacks
skull crushers
