  • Join me today for this 40 Min Unilateral Upper Body Dumbbell Workout you can do absolutely anywhere.
    For this Upper Body Dumbbell Workout ideally you will need 3 dumbbells. A heavier , moderate and lighter dumbbell. But just work with what you have got
    With a Unilateral workout, what we will be doing is focusing, isolating and working on one side of each muscle group at a time. Before moving onto the other side
    We will be targeting in order
    Shoulder
    Biceps
    Chest
    Back
    Triceps
    We will have our 3 workout stations. A heavy , moderate and light station
    For each exercise we will be doing 10 reps of each , working from heavy to light and then light back up to the heavy before moving onto a different muscle group
    Something a little different and a great way to focus and target each muscle group
    This type of workout if also great for ironing out any muscle imbalances you may have. Where a dominant side can't do the lifting
