Day 1 | 20 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Fit Over 40 challenge all-in-one workout)

In this mini series we will be working a little bit of everything. Helping to get you fitter, stronger, leaner and more fit, healthy and active
And having a blast while doing so with these super fun, varied workouts
Kicking off today with this all action , full body workout
This workout will have a little bit of everything. We will have 10 exercises in total, each for 40 seconds of work and 15 second rest between each exercise
Our format for the exercises will be
Compound conditioning
Lower body Isolation
Core
Plyometric
Upper body Isolation
Once we smash our 10 exercises. We will take a quick 30 sec water break before smashing it all over again
WORKOUT WARM UP

This is suitable for all ages, even those under 40 looking an awesome workout.
Just go at a pace that suits you or try and keep pace with me. Also you can make the workouts as easy or hard as you wish by simply upping or lowering your weights, depending on the exercise.
But just use what you have got , as regardless of the weight. It will be a pretty tough workout
For our more super fit Zeusers. If you need a tougher workouts, up those weights or double up the workout and turn into a 40 minute routine

Good morning, Mr. Zeus. Is this program beneficial to perform Mond-Tues back-to-back?
There is 4 workouts a week! I’ve been releasing them Monday, Tuesday, rest day day Wednesday, then Thursday and Friday
But once them all up it really depends on each persons schedule as to how they hit them!

Hey Grant, when you are sitting and doing the shoulder press on this one, are you up against the wall? I felt a bit awkward doing that one and then as I watched you I thought mabye you are up against the wall and using that as some support?
No I wasn’t touching the wall in that one! Just keeping the back and core strong throughout! But you could use a chair at home if you don’t have a bench for a little extra support
