20 Min Upper Body shoulders and abs workout at home | Tension Workout

  • Join me for another in the Tension workouts, this time a 20 Min Upper Body shoulders and abs workout.
    A superset shoulders and abs workout as we alternate between each muscle group
    Again focusing on really slowing down the reps and letting the shoulders and abs spend plenty of time under tension.
    A slow rep with a pause or squeeze to really feel the burn.
    Like the others in this mini series , you will also have the opportunity to lift a little heavier than you might in some of our other workouts.
    Each exercise we will also be working for 1 minute with a 30 sec rest between each
    Meaning you hopefully won't fatigue as quickly as normal and be able to try and maintain the heavier weight throughout
    But whether you're pushing yourself a little heavier or going lighter. Just remembers , slow and controlled reps with plenty of time under tension
    That's the aim of the game with the tension workouts
