    I’m hot and sweaty 🥵 and it’s not the menopause, your workouts are brilliant. I love the fact, that they are not all push-ups and planks.

    This is one of the best full body strength/cardio workouts anywhere--my go-to. I've literally done this at least 30 times. Just 35 minutes and the weights of your choice (it's a great workout without the weights). Use 5 or 7.5 lb dumbs and boom: 400 calories burned, heartrate sustained above 130 for more than 15 minutes (peak above 160) and feeling great. Perfect for those busy days when I can't get to the gym for a swim or it's too cold for a run. Thanks Grant, and remember "no swingin'!"

    With so many complex and unnecessary heavy dumbbell workout video on RUclips, it is hard for a beginner to choose which one is right for him. I followed your channel for a while and doing your exercise cause you do not encourage taking heavyweight and that was the selling point for me. Your videos are great for home exercise and for normal guys like me to stay fit. Much appreciate your hard work.

    Man .. gyms closed again .. this guys helped me maintain my muscles .. from march till august 2020 i was wprking out with the videos and here am back again and always manage to make me so sweaty with so simple excercises that brings out the best in you .. keep posting coach ur the best

    Thanks for another fab workout. I may be a grandma but I feel absolutely amazing. Did a 5km parkrun at the weekend and got a new pb. Ran 4.5 miles yesterday then this workout today. Thank you for keeping me motivated.

    Even though it's no repeat, you still work some of the same muscles over and over, in different ways.
    Very creative.
    I'm typically one who likes to do two to four sets, to really fatigue a muscle group...however, this one is great! Thank you!

    Great class. There were only two exercises that I couldn’t manage and had to adapt. Enjoy the 20/10 exercise/rest format.

    This workout is phenomenal! Thank you. I usually do three sets with dumbbells per exercise and then I am moving forward to the next exercise / muscle group . But this is boring to workout. Your workout was a lot of fun and motivating. Enough excercises per muscle group. I have used 4KG per dumbbell to start. I could manage all exercises but I was sweating. Next time I will use 5KG per dumbbell and so on. And I also enjoyed the music in the background.

    Wow that was amazing. Total drenched now and only used 4kg throughout. Love your work outs. Love the style. Really feeling the effects from this all. Just need to totally nail the eating side and would be a full win. But for my age feeling good that I am doing something every day. Many thanks for these workouts.

    Did one of your 15 minute workouts Tuesday and this 30 minute workout today. Feeling good. Getting back into regular working out. I would do classes at the gym (Total Body Conditioning; Boot Camp) two or three times a week, plus running once a week. I don't feel safe going back to the gym, so bought two pairs of dumbbells and am trying to get into a groove with home workouts.

      Good stuff. Yes you can make it easier or more difficult for yourself by upping or lowering the weight. There a couple other 50 exercise no repeats also on the channel, a part 2 & 3 👌

    Grant, this was another great one! I loved that you incorporated compound movements, giving us a total body workout. I also like that the pace of this was a bit slower than the shorter ones from Zeus that I usually do. You are the best. Thank you for this!     I really like your videos! I have been doing the "thrive in 25" 4-day split on rotation for a while an am loving it - somehow manages to motivate me to keep going.
    For this video would be nice to preview the next exercise in the recovery break to be able to follow along in sync better - but once one knows the basic terminology it also works like this.

We have actually recently been adding the exercise previews on videos but sadly our editing software decided to have a meltdown when doing this one and couldn't include it 😔. Hopefully be sorted soon to get the previews back up

    good full body workout with 10s, nice sweat, had to do 5s for the lying pulldown, really liked this!!!!

    Great workout thanks Grant I was smashing through Beast but had a blip fell into a bit of depression, I needed to get back into it but when you get in that rut it’s hard to get out, I had done upto week 3 of Beast, this was a good workout to focus my mind again, you don’t know how much of a blessing this stuff has been brother 🏋️‍♀️ 🥊

    I was thinking, " I feel like I might make it through this!" He says, " That's 50!" I love surprises like that. I'm into yoga, but am just starting weights, so I did it with 5 lbs. I will try 8 next time... Your calm, low key style is perfect!
