  • Back with a new 20 Minute NO REPEAT Full Body Workout With Weights and bodyweight. In this full body workout we will hit every muscle group in the body. With a combination of weights and our bodyweight
    Even with light weights this will work up a serious sweat and if you want to make it tougher , you can simply up the weight in the dumbbell exercises.
    As this can be done with bodyweight also and light dumbbells , it means there are no excuses and anyone can give it a go. Whether you are looking for a beginner home workout , intermediate of more advanced workout

    I have been off for a while.n those burpees at the end really finished me off.
    I had to turn the heater off , but finally I have done one of your workouts in the cooler weather. That was a good workout for me to get back. Not at full strength, but getting there!

    First attempt with this routine after six months working on the upper body dumbell. I loved it but I couldn't do the last exercise so I think that's my goal now. Thanks!.

      @@TheZeusFitness I would’ve adjusted mid workout but there just isn’t enough time between sets to change the dumbbells. I have these bowflex adjustable dumbbells that are awesome but can’t be adjusted quick enough in the midst of these super breaks.

    went back to this one for another try and it was great. I wish I had written down my weights from the 1st time because I used 15s this time, and again still felt light. Overall this was a nice full body workout 7/22

    Hey Zeus! Need help, I am doing another round of boot camp. I am noticing on my side arm pits extra fat. In your videos of which would be a good video to turn it into Muscle. Thanks for all videos! #NoMoreDadbod.

      You can't reduce fat in a certain area unfortunately, but, if you keep at it, daily exercise , drinking enough water , I aim for 3 LTRs a day, and eat enough protein, and keep a caloric deficit, you will lose fat in time, but unfortunately it is impossible contrary to what some fitness guys on social media say, to "spot reduce" fat.
      Keep a eye on the if it is a lump, it might be a cyst developing, and that's fine until it becomes tender to touch or painful or aches when working out, then I'd recommend go see a doctor.

      Yip no need for crazy heavy with this. Even try the 15lbs and see how it goes. Can always go back again next time and up the weight 👌
