These are the perfect quarantine workouts. Even more so, I really appreciate that you go through the workouts- like having a personal trainer. No nonsense and not overly produced- I feel like I'm at the gym. Thank you so much for these!
My gym is so crowded. Made a workout corner in my home, got a bench, and variety of dumbbells. All your routines are great. That's why I learned I can get good workout right at home 💪

So many of our members only group also use the group for great motivation and keeping accountable, posting and mingling with out members with no gym needed. I separated my sternoclavicular joint doing jiu-jitsu and I'm on the mend. Even injured, I am able to do these workouts (sans barbells/dumbells) and I get a great workout. I'm so glad I found you!
Awesome and glad to see you on the mend :-) . Yeah I wanted to keep these workouts so anyone could do them by keeping a good pace and by just upping or lowering the weight depending on each persons level
I am re-evaluating and resetting my fitness journey . These Thrive in twenty five workouts are just the ticket !! Did this first one today and following it up with the others too . Going back to the start with foundational exercises , these are a part of that reorganisation. As ever , thank you so much for sharing all these workouts with us all they are of immense value . 🦾♥️👍🤘

Just started these ones this week. Feeling strong. After 6 months doing your full body in 20 and the abs one - alternate days (and just cardio in the gym). I noticed first time last night that I now have a fully fledged six pack - cheers (I have had kids and no longer in my 20s) in addition to losing over 34kg and having crazy definition, especially loving my shoulders! BOOM!!! Excited to see where the thrive in 25 takes me after a few months of consistency!

i started thrive in 25 yesterday and i must admit the exercises seemed laughable, because i have a pair of 3kg dumbbells. but damn, today my legs are killing me :) never would i thought the stiff leg deadlift with 3 kilos and single leg bridges would kick my ass :)

Got a new 30 minute bodyweight burnout vid coming later today with good few leg exercises in it 👍! You could do a lot of them with dumbbells in hand if you want to make it even tougher 👌
Hey Grant, On the stiff leg deadlift, what are we working? I feel we are primarily working the lower back and I just feel a stretch in the legs (feels great) but it seems the back is doing all the work. Seems pretty simple, just want to make sure I’m doing it correctly. Cheers!
You will be working the back too but you want to be looking for a nice stretch on those hamstrings! Really try and squeeze the hamstrings and glutes at the top of the movement
Hi Grant, I've noticed on this vid, you only stick with 10 reps for every set whereas in the other vids in the series you increase the reps to 15 and then 20 for each exercise. Should we look to increase the reps for these exercises as well? They're great vids btw. Already noticing the difference after a few weeks of doing the vids! Thanks
Will depend on the weight you're using! If lighter yes you can bump the reps up! If going a little heavier see how you feel, 10 might be enough, if you've more in the tank you can up them 👍

Really depends on yourself, how much you plan on training and how many days etc, what your goals are etc! Too broad a question You could do thrive in 25 Monday-Thursday, then maybe one of the full body ones on the Friday, maybe even some fat burning bodyweight workouts in the morning, weekends off to recover! It really depends how much you want to put it! But that would be a good plan 👍
