    Using our 3 Zone dumbbell strength and conditioning set up to work you to the max in 30 mins.
    Working every muscle , building strength and working up a serious sweat
    This workout is split into 2 sections with a quick 30 sec breather in between to grab yourself a drink and get ready for section 2 before we hit a punch more no repeat exercises

    Zone 1 - We hit a compound conditioning exercises to get the heart rate raised and every muscle working
    Zone 2 - we pick up our heavier weight and push the muscles to the max
    Zone 3 - We drop down the weight and focus on our more sculpting exercises
    Each muscle group will also get it's own focused section with the legs and core being worked in each of our compound sections to fit them in also
    This one is going to burn and you can make it as simple or as difficult as you need by simply upping or lowering the weights
    But trust me , it won't take long for this one to start hitting hard

    What a great workout! I’ll admit, it’s been a while since I’ve done one of your workouts, I’ve been focused on cardio. BUT I have been reading about the importance of strength training. So when I decided to get back to it, I knew right where to go! Looking forward to progressing through a course shortly when I can afford it 💪

    I’ve been doing your 15min workout and am now progressing to this 30min workout. Could this be done 5x a week?

      Progress , can’t beat it! Fantastic! Emm maybe hit this every other day depending on how you’re feeling , weight being used and how muscles feeling etc! They may need time to recover

    I enjoyed this workout. I have a question I always have coffee in the morning and I do drink plenty of water, however, I heard it’s not good to have coffee prior to working is this true? My husband has been working most of his life and never heard this.

      Some people will say coffee good , others will say bad! Personally I’ve had plenty of coffee in my time before a workout to give me kick and never done any harm
