30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Strengthen, condition and sweat | No repeat workout

  • Back with another butt kicking 30 Min Full Body Dumbbell Workout. Againa dumbbell workout using our 3 zones to strengthen , condition and work up a serious sweat
    Again split into 2 sections with a 30 second rest in between to get ready for another no repeat blast
    -------------------------------------------------
    Zone 1 - We hit a compound conditioning exercises to get the heart rate raised and every muscle working
    Zone 2 - we pick up our heavier weight and push the muscles to the max
    Zone 3 - We drop down the weight and focus on our more sculpting exercises
    Each muscle group will also get it's own focused section with the legs and core being worked in each of our compound sections to fit them in also
    This one is going to burn and you can make it as simple or as difficult as you need by simply upping or lowering the weights
    But trust me , it won't take long for this one to start hitting hard

    this was my rest day workout! it's a combo of a week of Skulpt? but really effective as always Coach, you just never disappoint!

    Loved it! Tho I felt it in my upper body more than the lower. Still good and I broke a nice sweat

    How many times a week do you recommend to do this workout? I really like the way to explain the exercises.

      Thanks , glad you’re enjoying! Really depends on how you’re feeling and what weights you’re using! If doing the same routine over and over maybe every other day to give the muscles time to rest and recover
