    This was a really good workout. I struggled on those last two sets of tricep exercises because I was so spent. When I started with 12.5lb dumbbells I thought it might be too easy but that was a good weight to go through the entire workout using. Thanks again!!

    Thank you for sharing this workout. You structured my weakly workout. Two days for upper body, two days for lower body and two days of hiit all from this channel. Today was upper body day and I combined this workout with your another 20 minutes upper body workout. Every day I workout from your two long videos for the same muscle groups.     Been working out with you for 2 months and just when people started noticing the gains I got injured in the shoulder from in my swimmming workouts. I had been battling lower back issue since late 2018, mainly muscle spasm and disc pops and your workouts are the ONLY thing that has helped me cut weight since then. Cant wait to be back in say two or three weeks ........... Big big thanks to you and your team

      I do that, too. I ended up with 1.3 kg weights at the last round of shoulders 🥴

    Shoot this is hard, but a man has to start somewhere, right? 1kg and my desire is enough for now, in 2 months ill see how it is, although I really want to keep it up this time. First day of lifting, I have a little rest before the chest section because the horizontal pull man, its killing me. I think it will be better next training. I plan on doing these 4 times a week, until I get a bit stronger, so I'll see how it goes. Thanks for the well made workout, Its really flawless.
    I did it "all". As much as I could for the first time.
    I have to work on:
    Horizontal pulls
    Push ups
    Dips
    Close grip push ups
    Whole triceps is really hard, im sweating right now. I cant wait to do it after tomorrow again.

      Absolutely , everyone has to start somewhere. Take your time , do things right . Go light and focus on good form 👍

      @@TheZeusFitness hey, Its been a week, I did 4 workouts for now. I think its going pretty well. I had a few questions.
      Firstly, I feel like some exercises are too easy, should I do them more or just leave them as they are, I don't feel the tension, for example, back, high pulls. I feel almost no tension on the back, maybe the dumbbell is too light.
      Second, I was wondering should my chest hurt when I do dips? I do around 4 or 5 and my chest hurts more then when I do push-ups, is that normal?
      Thanks for being here and answering all the questions, I really appreciate the help. I can almost keep up with harder exercises now, although i still do push-ups on my knees instead of toes, I'm not that strong yet :)

    I’m not going to lie when ever I do one of his workouts trust me by the end of the video my muscles are always telling me to forgive them , and I only got 10lbs dumbbells , yea you can tell this really works! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

    you're an absolute beast! it is as if you never tire. i just did this one again after doing it 2 months ago, and it absolutely kicked my butt again. 12.5s all the way through and it was so hard, especially those last 2 exercises of bis and tris. great workout 6/4

    How many days a week do you recommend doing this exercise? Do you recommend switching up the upper body workouts or can we stick with one upper video/one lower?

      An upper lower split you can’t go wrong with but really depends on your training or what you like doing. Combining muscle groups over days also good. You should check out the pyramid series I did last week. You might enjoy it 👌

    I enjoyed this workout. Yes I can feel the burn. What’s your advice on weights that should be used for a lady in her 64. I’m looking to firm/tone I don’t need to lose weight as I’m my weight is 123 lbs. thanks in advance for your response.

      Excellent Julia! As far as weights go it’s so hard to tell as everyone is so different! But for each exercise you want to be looking for a weight that pushes you and those last couple of reps are a struggle! Again is you have a section of a few different weights that is even better!
      Can go a little heavier on the like of legs , back and chest exercises and drop down the weight for the like of biceps , triceps and shoulders

    Man I hadn’t done this one since last summer and it burned again big time. The first 3 exercises weren’t too bad at all but those last two with biceps and triceps were brutal. Used 12.5# again and it was exactly right, especially for those last two movements. 2/12/22

    Hey Zeus must sure if your gonna see this comment but I’m 15 and want to
    Build muscle but also I’m currently recovering from anorexia. I have 10-15 pound dumbbells is that enough to build some muscle? Also I know diet and training is key so how many times per week should I do this routine to build muscle and about how many calories should I be eating as well? Thank you Zeus

    Great workout. Is it ok to do different weights for different muscle groups? For my shoulders I can only do 3 kgs but for chest and back I can do 5 kgs?

      Good stuff and absolutely! If you have the weights available you can go heavier for the like of chest , legs and back and then drop a little little for the like of your shoulders and arms 👌

    I'm not gonna lie... I did point at my phone and say "F U" at the end. But that was in pure respect and praise over this intense workout. Ive been at the gym for 2-3 months now and now I'm second guessing if I had even been doing anything useful 😂 I literally could not take my shoes off after and I'm pretty sure I scared my toddler when she ran in on me making demon faces 😆

      Haha brilliant. Yes you’d be surprised how much I’ve heard that , especially this past year. A lot doing these workouts I think have started to question just how hard they were working when going to the gym.
      A lot prob don’t realise that at the gym especially if by themselves or even with a friend can often not really be pushing themselves that hard.

      This was 7 or 8 kg but start light and see how you get on , can always up the weight over time. Or if you have a selection of weights you can go a little heavier on certain exercise and a little lighter on others

    One question: instead of going light and going through non-stop, ok to go heavy with more pauses when muscle exhaustion kicks in?

      Good wee routine this. May have to revisit it again at some point. Yip that’s perfect if you’re looking to add a little weight. Take a slightly longer pause if needed to keep the form good with the heavier weight 👍

    If I were to do this upper body workout 3 days a week, and then 2 days a week lower body (one of your 20 minute low body workouts)- is there anything else I need? Would this be an appropriate program for a beginner/intermediate?

      Yes good way to get you started for a few weeks. You could then maybe look at doing the xpress 4 week bootcamp on the channel also. The entire boot camp will be on the playlists 😊

      Can you do any box push ups ? Box push being from on your knees to help take away some of the weight to work up to a regular push up

    what is a weight of your dumbbells?

      These were just 7-8 kg. Start light and do it right. Start with a lighter weight and find what works for you. You can always revisit and bump up the weight if needs be or if you have a selection of weights go heavier on certain exercises a little lighter on others

      @@TheZeusFitness thank u. i just want to do the workout in the same pace like you do and i prefer not to stop for changing weights on my dumbbells . i have only one pair but i can put differetn weight on it.

    Had to push myself to complete the workout . I feel great though, while, at the same time, my arms feel as loose as cooked spaghetti !?
