30 Min Legs and Abs Workout - Legs Bums and Tums | Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings & Abs

  • Join me today guys for this awesome 30 Min Legs and Abs Workout, a Legs Bums and Tums Workout that you can do from home or the gym , even with minimal equipment
    This legs and abs workout we will be targeting the quads, glutes, hamstrings and abs all in one circuit and be a progression on from last weeks workout.
    So if you missed that one, be sure to check it out first
    What we will be doing is again 5 exercises for the legs and 5 exercises for the abs & core
    Each exercise we will be doing for 40 secs on with 20 secs rest in between
    LEG EXERCISES:
    Prisoner Squats
    Step Through Lunge - Left
    Step through lunge - right
    Single leg bridge - left
    single leg bridge - right
    AB & CORE EXERCISES:
    Robot plank
    Right hand to left foot crunch
    Left hand to right foot crunch
    Roll Backs
    Weighted pull over crunches
    You can decide yourself how challenging you wish this workout to be by simply upping or lowering the weights where needed for each individual exercise depending on your level
    But even with a single set of dumbbells , this one will still burn.
    Meaning the workout is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages and sexes. So feel free to join in with this one
