30 Min Legs Bums and Tums Workout | Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings & Abs focus

  • Join me today guys for this awesome little 30 Min Legs Bums and Tums Workout that you can do from home or the gym , even with minimal equipment
    With legs bums and tums workout we will be targeting the quads, glutes, hamstrings and abs all in one circuit.
    What we will be doing is 5 exercises for the legs and 5 exercises for the abs & core
    Each exercise we will be doing for 40 secs on with 20 secs rest in between
    LEG EXERCISES:
    Goblet squat
    Split Squat - Right
    Split Squat - Left
    Stiff leg deadlift - right
    Stiff leg deadlift - right
    AB & CORE EXERCISES:
    Low plank
    Bicycle crunch
    Side plank dips - right
    Side plank dips - left
    Leg lifts
    You can decide yourself how challenging you wish this workout to be by simply upping or lowering the weights where needed for each individual exercise depending on your level
    But even with a single set of dumbbells , this one will still burn.
    Meaning the workout is suitable for all fitness levels and all ages and sexes. So feel free to join in with this one

    How random! I went to the gym this morning and I was thinking I wanted a quick leg workout to change it up and here you are! Zeus Fitness saving the day once again! Id be great to have some more/longer leg workout focusing on glutes and hamstrings + core to help with posture!
