I completed this workout today. I enjoyed it upper body and will focus on doing this every other day and the other day I do my aerobics or walking. Thanks I’m 64 years old and manage to do it and motivated. If you have suggestions for a lady my age I would appreciate it.

Emm really depends on the weight and how the muscles are feeling! Maybe be better to do every other day so the muscles get time to recover! Could do this 1 day, lower body the next then back to this and so on! A little upper lower split

Even though I wasn’t feeling good had a bad headache. I didn’t want to loose my strike. The pole one I end up using my side bathroom door. 😊 I was able to complete

Great job as that’s a tough one! Emm really depends on your goals and how you’re feeling! Cardio after this hour could be pretty tough! You could maybe hit the cardio the following day , then the lower body the day after! A nice wee upper , lower and cardio split
