60 EXERCISES NO REPEAT | 1 Hour Dumbbell Full Body Workout At Home challenge (mashup)

  • Join me for this 1 Hour Dumbbell Full Body Workout At Home challenge with 60 EXERCISES and NO REPEAT.
    👉 Note , in this workout I am using an exercise ball for some exercises. If you do not have a ball , feel free to do the workout using a bench or even most exercises from the floor , seated or standing.
    So what we have here is 60 exercises working the full body and not repeating a single exercises
    We will be doing each exercises for 40 seconds on with 20 seconds rest.
    We will be working our way through each body part with 10 exercises for each muscle group
    This is the order we will be tackling the muscle groups
    Chest
    back
    Legs
    Shoulders
    Arms
    Abs & Core
    Choose weights that are going to challenge and push you while also retaining good form

    I just completed this work out. I didn’t have a ball. So I decided to try by using my three pillows. 😂😂😂 🤦‍♀️ It work with some of the work out but not all. I still got a good sweat 😓. Next time I’m going to just use the floor 😊. Once again thank you.

      After a long time trying I’m slowly getting him to stop being so camera shy and drop a little extra content too! He’s a great guy and got some some awesome ideas

    I have no workout ball so i had to improvise , still an effective workout ( I have a love hate relationship with cherry pickers ) 😁

      @TheZeusFitness up to 40°C outside, and where I work out, about 29°C and ~70% humidity [inside!].
      That makes it way easier to get a good sweat on 😁
