I think it should also be mentioned that for the Movie ‘Cannonball Run’ and the real life race of the same name, said race is going from New York (or Connecticut) to California, where the Steel Ball Run race is going in the reverse direction, which I find fascinating.

The final story from Part 5, Sleeping Slaves, has some references to the first Godfather. The arc begins with a man asking the gang to avenge her daughter by dealing with her ex-boyfriend, like in the beginning of the movie. The ending of part 5 mirrors as well the ending of the movie, with both Giorno and Michael becoming the boss of the organization.

I like how the whole introduction of stands have become less horror oriented and become action oriented then eventually puzzle oriented, like even Stand introductions are influenced by film. Kakyoin's Hierophant Green was treated like some scary horror creature possesing people then at the end DIO's stand was slowly building up intensity from Nukesaku's death to the eventual reveal of it's ability then Golden Wind has the character be like "yeah this is my stand ability" and just fight. eventually JoJolion has fights set up to be like "yeah this is the problem now solve it", horror is still present in both of these but used only sparingly .

There is a panel in the fight against Urban Guerilla that reminds me of the poster for The Evil Dead, but I'm not sure whether the scene is directly referencing it or not. I think Whitesnake's DNA sequence pattern might be a reference to the scene in Jurassic Park where the DNA sequences are projected onto the velociraptor
It's a stretch but Leone Abbacchio MIGHT be named after Sergio Leone, director of the Dollars trilogy which are referenced elsewhere in JJBA.
Pesci might be named after Joe Pesci, who's in many mafia movies like Goodfellas, Casino, and A Bronx Tale.
Jobin's character also seems inspired by Walter White in many ways, but most importantly is the scene in the Ojiro Returns arc where he calls Makorin on the phone while Speed King's power kills her remotely which is exactly like a scene in the final episode of Breaking Bad where Walt calls another character to tell them he poisoned them right as the ricin kicks in

Later in the novel after they're captured, the sniper named John Rainbird disguises as a regular employee of the base (janitor) to blend in and get close to the pyrokinetic daughter. Seeing how Araki is clearly a big fan of Stephen King I think he took inspiration from all that for Jongalli A and The Visitor arc in general.

Donatello's backstory where he gets arrested over a shoe is nearly identical to Stanley Yelnat's story in "Holes".
Technically this would be a reference to the novel, not the movie. So this may have been omitted from the video intentionally.

Another mention is the father of Scolippi's girlfriend and his plot in general, strongly inspired by the plot of Amerigo Bonasera in The Godfather.
Also I should read it again, but I have no doubt that part 7 is full of spaghetti western influences. The same name "Ringo" by Ringo Roadagain was the name of a recurring spaghetti western character played by actor Giuliano Gemma. The clash against Magent Magent and Uecapipo instead always reminded me a bit of The big silence, a western film set in a completely snowy climate.

When I saw Bruce Lee in the thumbnail, I thought for sure that it would include Joseph's first fight against the Pillar Men where he swung around his clackers like Bruce did nunchaku. Even did the trademark Bruce Lee "woooah" before he bonked himself on the head.

Correction: The water stand Geb is actually a reference to Morpha, the boss of the water temple from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which came out almost ten years after Stardust Crusaders.
That's right, Araki has the ability to see into the future.

I don't see you reference it but ill say it just in case. The idea of the characters getting attacked by dead people surrounded by mist during the justice fight really reminds me of the John Carpenters the fog, by steven king I think.
