Why don’t the clothes of the funny valentines from different worlds combine and get destroyed like other objects?
I don't know If this is only in the anime but, when vanilla ice was exposed to the sun his clothes remained unchanged but when dio was exposed his clothes explodes(plus, dio's clothes in part 1 remained unchanged even after being cut by the luck sword)
I'm not too sure if this is in the anime only but doesn't Rohan write "goes to/going to hell" in cheap trick when he's being grabbed by the ghost hands?
Does that being up philosophical questions on whether
A. Hell exists in JOJO
B. If it didn't previously, then does that mean Rohan created and then sent the stand to it
C. Rohan can possibly write anything into the page, regardless if it can happen
In part 6, when Dio heals Pucci’s foot, wouldn’t he become either a zombie or a vampire?

A common misinformation about JoJo is the creator, Hirohiko Araki, himself. Many people believe that he is a vampire, because he doesn't seem to have changed a lot over the years. That is not correct, because if he WAS a vampire, I'm pretty sure I would have seen him at the anual vampire meet-up but NOPE, nothing.

I feel like Rohan "teaching" Koichi is as simple as writing "I will learn Italian very quickly and easily" and then Koichi just goes and learns Italian from a book or tape collection. Learning a language takes time because we're fighting against our existing language bias and have our own varying degrees of memory retention we have to deal with when learning anything new, especially languages. If Heaven's Door removed those limits by making Koichi retain and understand the information, say, the first time he ever read/heard it, he could conceivably learn a whole new language in a short amount of time the same way real-life super learners can absorb and retain new information faster than the average person. 13:30 This reminds me of the funniest debunking you did, in which Jotaro is told his stand name is The World before Avdol goes "OH shit, sorry this one's taken. Your stand is Star Platinum" and somehow people took this meme video as a canonical event.
And thats how we know 3/5 of the jojo fandom have only watched jojo via memes or youtube videos
Also even IF that was real, the tarot is related to what it means for the user. The World is the card that symbolizes an accomplished goal. That's literally why Jotaro calls Star Platinum's time stop ability Star Platinum: The World. (Goes with The Star's meaning being a hopeful journey, too: with Star Platinum: The World, Jotaro's acknowledging that his journey was successfully completed.)
(DIO's The World is inverted, coincidentally: the goal he wants is incomplete. Araki really gave everyone plot spoilers for tarot reading nerds just from the Stand names and which ones of them were enemies/inverted vs allies/upright)

2:56 its funny how the anime creates "Araki forgots" completely absent in the manga (another example would be Diavolo crushing the scorpion made by Golden Experience).
Honestly, a part of me thinks that the anime production team actually buys into a few of the invalid "Araki Forgots" and tried to fix what they thought were errors, only for it to turn out to not fix anything and in fact just cause more problems by unknowingly not sticking to the material.
So effectively, they're 'David Productions Forgot'

Rohan most likely just wrote "X word in Japanese is Y in Italian" for several words on Koichi, basically giving Koichi a "translation dictionary" inside his brain. Which wouldn't break Heaven Door's logic.
It's important to consider that Italian is a language that both Rohan and Koichi would have access to, Rohan probably even has a book for it in his library since he's been shown to travel abroad, it's not some mysterious information they're trying to discover like Kira's identity.
Maybe he wrote in Koichi that he's really good at learning new languages
Man or Rohan just Taught Kochi
Italian
Italian ain't that hard even I am learning it
Koichi also had two years to learn it (specific dates not withstanding)
He could just write "koichi will remember any italian translations correctly" and then have him read and italian-japanese translation book
It absolutely amazes me how incapable some people are of thinking. Like just straight they cannot think. I know a guy personally who’s bought into many of these Araki forgots that literally just require thinking
I think there are a lot of people who just weren't taught proper reading comprehension in school.
@@najadamu2724 Based on my school experience, a lot of them just refused to learn.
People talk about koichi's family not getting a stand, and seem to forget that he wasn't even meant to have one. He would have died if Josuke didn't save him, and he really cheated the system. I always assumed that, because he wasn't destined to get a stand that's the reason why his stand changes so much while most other people stay the same, because the psychic energy is trying to take form without any blueprint to work off of.
Weeeell, Hamon Beat does clear this scene up in another video. Koichi was worthy of a stand, why he was dying was because of the arrow shot into his throat, any way you slice that it's a pretty deadly wound, it'd be pretty amazing if someone could walk that off without help (Which does make me wonder how Kira managed to do that . . . huh). You are right though in Reverb/Echoes' evolutions, stands embody a person's will and fighting spirit, Koichi in the beginning was fairly meek, leaving Reverb not a lot to go off of, but at the end he was kicking butt and taking names, giving Reverb enough juice to evolve 3 times.
the Italian language bit would make more sense as Rohan simply writing the entire Italian to Japanese dictionary into koichi, or him just writing all of his own Italian into him since rohan does seem to be able to understand it himself if we use the these spoke series as examples of him already knowing the language.
This doesn't make sense to me, a dictionary is ridiculously long and memorizing it won't let you speak Italian on its own.
It seems much more likely to me that he wrote something like "Learns languages very quickly" and had Koichi study Italian for a short period of time.
@@awkwardcultism rohan can write very fast it would only take a few hours for someone like him to do something like that.

Regarding on how Kira knew about Cinderella's saloon:
in the fight agains Jotaro and Koichi it is clearly shown that Kira is well informed and has done his reaserch regarding the other stand users in morioh and their abilities. (for example he knew crazy diamond could heal)
So I think its reasonable to assume he reaserched and knew about Cinderella and her ability as well.

A deep dive on all the mechanics of Hamon would be interesting. Though also curious on how the crossbow bolt carried Joesph's Hamon, though I'm probably just misremembering and it's a wooden bolt.
We see Joseph earlier in that fight coating a hammer with oil so it will channel and retain Hamon. He probably just coated the crossbow ball with oil offscreen.
It wasn't a arrow but a steel ball with oil on it. It carried ac small trace of Hamon in it
it didn't really have hamon it just hit really hard.
@@ironicjason257 Cars said to Lisa Lisa: "...they are heavy enough to damage Wamu"
@@hyperdarktoonlink Kars also isn't able to notice Joseph's tricks, so it's not surprising he couldn't see Joseph used hamon with oil on the steel ball. The anime shows the hole in Wamoo's torso pretty well and it's a hamon wound, Kars was simply thinking Joseph didn't do anything strange to the ball so the weight was the only menace in his mind.
For the Koichi thing, it's also worth noting that he was never supposed to get a Stand in the first place and would have just died if not for Josuke, so that probably had some bearing on his family members not awakening Stand powers.
I can just picture Josuke punching Joseph's hand with crazy diamond, and suddenly a fucking skeleton hand flies onto him. Like, oh wow, i got my long dead rotten skeleton hand back that's useful. Let's go fight Kira.
"You need prolonged contact to conduct hamon trough metal"

The "Koichi learning Italien" could also be that Heaven's Door evolved, it did have an A in developmental potential. Just something I'd like to point out: Stands do improve, I would guess HD could increase its ability to affect more stuff.
4:45 Also, I think it’s because they’re descended from Jonathan. Koichi’s family isn’t. If Koichi got his stand when he’s older and had kids, they would likely get Stands. But not any nieces or nephews he would have through his sister.
But yeah the Jostars are already special.
12:20 How can no one understand this? It’s told to us. Hmmm perfect sphere dents in the rock? This Italian dude uses a steel ball like a gunslinger. Nah couldn’t be related.
Weather and Pucci both got stands through this method and they are not descendants. The difference comes from the psychic link.
@@Hamon_Beat forgot about that never mind

@@kevdaman7371 yes
that "distress signal" is the joestar's psychic tomfuckery
In the case of Weather and Pucci, I think its because they are twins that gives them a special link since they are suppose to mirror one another, even if they aren't identical.
"And that's all the new Araki Forgots topics for now"
Famous last words
I believe Araki make Koichi's Italian speaking intentionally vague. I think the stand shouldn't be able to auto translate every language, since that would probably introduce new information and you could argue that Rohan would then also be able to manipulate it into giving unknown locations as well
One very possible explanation is that Rohan could simply copy his own memory of the language into Koichi, or even take someone else's, as the stand was introduced with that ability specifically.
Rohan probably wrote: Koichi is a prodigy at learning Italian.
This would let him pick up the language super quickly without inventing new information from nothing.
I love these DAF (debunking Araki forgot) videos, please keep doing these.
Why didn't Rohan use Heaven's Door to read Jotaro's mind to find out why he didn't use Star Finger
"Even if it were possible, I don't think Joseph would be all that interested in being healed, since he seems to enjoy having a cool robot hand to begin with."
I am pretty sure the overwhelming majority of Jojo fans would ALSO enjoy having a cool robot hand, so it utterly baffles me that they never thought of this possibility.
3:19 Dio himself mentions at the end of PB that it was because he acknowledged Jonathan. In his own twisted way, he was paying his respects to Jonathan by choosing his body as the one most worthy to replace his own.
4:40 That's like why non-stand users could see Strength, it's not the stand itself but a physical object (a fighing boat) that was affected/modified by the stand. Ghiacco and Secco weren't running around naked either, even though that'd have been hilarious.
to add to that rohan part, in the anime koichi had no clue why josuke was so pissed when people insulted his hair, and it was shown to be *new* information that he learned after josuke kicked his ass. rohan himself states this. it isn't possible for heaven's door to just write or implant something wholly new into a person. if rohan wrote " koichi knows why josuke gets pissed when his hair is insulted " it clearly wouldn't have worked. it's new information, and as stated & shown, he's unable to do that.
You should make a series around times that “DP forgot”, where scenes were either left out or altered which made inconsistencies in the anime, leading to people making up Araki Forgot moments because they’re too illiterate or lazy to read the manga
Guess this is a fan forgot, check the videos called "anime differences" or something

It will never cease to amaze me how Hamon Beat had enough material to make FOUR of these. I wanna bet real money the Araki Forgot Extras series will end up being longer than Araki Forgot.
Gosh I'm so glad I was here for the release of one of these these are so great
Also about naoko. Her soul wasn't completely gone, as her pages still had her memories, even if they were fading. And it is shown that if someone's soul is still barely clinging on, they can be brought back, like joseph in part 3 with SP, hayato with crazy diamond, and bruno with gold experience. The thing a stand can't bring back to life is a soul, which is why josuke couldn't revive his grandfather, because his soul passed on already, and crazy diamond can't restore souls. The only stand that slightly bends this rule is limp bizkit, but that just implants soul energy into things, like gold experience.
10:12 I do see the validity in your chosen case here, but the reasoning you chose does put emphasis on heaven's door bending reality around koichi's speaking when a more mundane 'I asked Rohan to make it so that I can...' could be koichi asking rohan to write an ease of understanding of the language, letting koichi learn it himself faster. Stand's are shown to be limited a bit by the mental state of the user, so maybe Rohan's integrity as an author limits him inventing things in that would be fully improbable.

I think the bloodline-stands have a way easier answer here. When Dio was pierced by the arrow, all of Jonathan's *descendants* were granted a stand. Koichi, a teenage boy, doesn't have any descendants, so his bloodline has no psychic potential emanating and resonating from him

Hi I am from 2080. Just saying huge fan of the series on espically debunking araki forgot extras part 80
About Hamon, water itself is also a good conductor for hamon, as Jonathan explains when he unleashes the Turquoise Overdrive, what is explained again when Caesar and Joseph create the rope out of falling ice spikes by conducting hamon in the water between the spikes.
That is also shown when multiple characters are able to walk on water by creating ripples or manipulate its shape with their fingers, like in Loggins and Messina introduction.
And lastly, humans are able to channel hamon bc of their bloodstream that is mostly water, and as all life forms have a considerate ammount of water in their composition, that's what makes organic materials like the rose a good conductor for hamon in the first place.
And bc it's the JoJo fandom "why Joseup used oil instead of water if it's so good of a conductor?" well, Idk but if you try to coat something with water it tends to dry up rather quickly, so it would be shit to make something retain the charge for a long period of time, unlike the oil.
OK. Now..

Everyone:
"I still don't understand. What about [insert thing]?"
Hamon Beat:
"This is exactly what I've been talking about. Clearly this person has never watched a single second of the anime or read any of the manga. They probably haven't even played the official games or even the roblox games. You shouldn't talk about something you know have no knowledge of."
Everyone who actually did watch & read it, but have trouble understanding it:
*Pain*
Fans point out that Rohan could’ve wrote an entire dictionary into Koichi, but that would never explain Koichi understanding the grammar, pronunciation, and possibly slang of Italian. So it’s far more likely that he wrote “learns languages extremely quickly and efficiently” into Koichi.
I love that you are so unapologetic. Like “listen here you fool”
a thing to note about the line where koichi says he asked rohan to make it so he could speak italian, it's actually cut off at the word can, including in the official translation, so we have reason to believe he was going to say something specific that rohan did, but realised he was talking to someone who likely didn't know what stands are, and should probably cut himself off
