#10: Never apologise to a woman. It's a sign of weakness and will result in disrespect and contempt as you. If you apologise to clear the air or as an olive branch, this won't work. An apology is no less than an admission of total guilt and is just blood in the water.

Daniel come to think of it, I think it's just another shit test. As you say fishing for an apology to get you to bend to her... or to see if you will do that. She wants to find out if you're a guy who sticks to his guns, if you are a guy who will back down just to keep the peace with her... Hence the loss of respect, when as men we would assume that apologising is a sign of maturity and humility and gain respect for each other from it.

Been there. Much to the confusion of many friends. "Wait, you're still dating and going out and hooking up? But... you don't have a job, live in a small apartment and your power's been off for a month, how???" My simple answer to that was "Because I can." Not in some way where I tooted my own horn or anything, but I took the chance of still going out and meeting people. Whereas I'm going to go off on a limb and say that almost all guys in the aforementioned conditions would stay at home, confining themselves under the assumed perspective that they don't "Deserve" attention from women, due to them having so little to offer. No lie, even during those tiems, I was STILL bringing a lot more to the table than said women in question.

interesting. i watched the famous talked about series Stranger Things, and one of the protagonists, Hopper, became my favorite character immediately. Looking back it’s because for the first time in forever, I had seen a character who embraced his masculinity and acted like an actual, real man, just an observation.

I'm 38 and just learning it. I got taken off the market at 24 and at 38 I'm back on it as or 10 months ago. Did the family man thing / step dad role. Broke all my rules bc her and I got along really well. Don't do it man. They cleaned me out and took the family car. First time in 20 yrs I been car-less. Feels weird.

I can. it happens when a guy is taught from an early age that women are more valuable than he is and that his entire validation as a man rests with him being able to say that he has one. If he lacks the LMS (Looks/$$$/Social Status) or game to get one in his teenage years as most young boys (see 80/20 rule), an artificial scarcity effect can occur (see male thirst) which will have the guy 'lock in' on one particular female and throw all caution to the wind in hopes of one day getting her. I personally know guys well into their 30s and 40s who still pine after a chick from high school who have been bent over by numerous dudes (including myself) yet think life isn't complete without having that girl in their lives. And try as you might, they still will not be convinced that she's God's gift to him and that she can do no wrong...

I had oneitis. It's called falling in love. I fell very badly for a woman, and I fell because she was one of the few that met all my ideal requirements in a woman: beautiful, as tall as me, intelligent, cultured but not prissy, with real sense of humor which means being able to entertain you and tell jokes, etc etc, so I fell very hard for her, which made me lose frame and attitude, unknowingly started to change my behaviour, she felt it and was turned off, and left to ride the carrousel. That led me to the worst depression of my life, which nearly destroyed me, it was very hard to recover from.
When you are deeply in love, you can't stop thinking about that woman the whole time, you idealize her, and have strong feelings of attachment to her, and you actually feel the famous butterflies in your stomach, your pulse rate going faster when you are with her, and you feel she's the best woman in the whole world, everything from her becomes so important, and you feel ready to go to hell and back for her. You stop caring about any other woman because you only want her and no one else, you feel she's the one. The one to live a life with, to grow old with, raise a family, etc. So the day she left, I felt as if a giant axe had been plunged into my heart.
I was much happier being alpha and spinning many plates and going on my purpose, so I strongly agree that love isn't a very good thing. It makes you lose focus. Love made me turn from being her master, which she loved, to become a weak beta.
So there's your explanation.
An addendum: a friend of mine suffered something similar. He dated a high school companion, and while he treated her as shit she loved him quite a lot and chased him relentlessly, so he could do with her as he pleased, she was his little bitch, so she was his side girl while he banged other girls.
Until one day he started to have feelings for her, and began to treat her good and be nice to her, and dedicate more of his time to her. Then she left him.
Another addendum: an acquaintance of mine, a girl, was dating this guy long ago. She felt bored so she left him. He reacted sending her an audio in which he told her what an asshole she was, how ugly and stupid.
Her reaction? She chased him for months until she got him back, and married him.

Men need to understand the science behind women’s love for men. There is a saying that goes,

The one that hit me the most was the last one. I've self deprecated myself for so long and I know pretty well some girls lost their interest in me because of that. I’m nearly finished The Rational Male audio book and will definitely listen to it again to make sure I didn’t miss anything. I really like the book and the information it provided was very worthwhile to me. I have also started “A tactical guide to women” which I am liking so far from what I’m hearing. After that I will likely read another one of your recommended books for all men as from what you’ve recommended me I believe you have good taste.

I found myself listening to the audio books first then reading the books because it's so much valuable information to take in the audio book almost serves as a class with a professor speaking. You have to hear some of this first rather than read it and try to understand it but once you do, you can go back to the book and start taking notes and antidotes. The message from those books should be for you to have a better understanding on how women work, not to hate them. Great vid by the way!!

While it's true that most relationships take work...a relationship shouldn't feel like a job. Women can take their hypergamy to the grave with them. At 40, I've lost interest in the games.

the bit on frame, i was experimenting with the concept by taking psychadelics and going to bars or in public places and just trying to passively observe everything going on- my frame, everyone else's frame and so on. it's difficult to describe but you see deeply into people's programming, including your own, and you become so aware- too aware, sensory information overload and you see it's like something like hobbes would describe that life itself is a chess game or a war of everyone against everyone. it make you paranoid and wish you didn't see it. then at that point all you can do other than becoming a hermit is to turn everything off, literally not care- then that introduces more weirdness. you'll get people upset at you for minding your own business, people will think you are haughty and arrogant, they'll start to enter your frame, nudge you, elbow check you, threaten you, throw themselves at you, try and grab you, just about every possible thing that can happen. you see life itself as obviously like a cancer looking for something to tap as an energy or food source. it's like that eurythmics song sweet dreams- everyone is looking for something. some of them want to use you. some of them want to be used by you.
I rather to see, (TRP ) than to be blind, no matter the tax!

here is another iron rule i would add: even if you fully absorb all those other rules, the final rule is: "familiarity breeds contempt". so you could be the hottest richest guy in the world with unshakable frame control, but as rollo alludes to, even that gets comfortable, because it gets used to. that seems to be life itself, just like the most fun video games eventually get boring, our brains are wired to get adjusted to things and eventually seeks some new stimulus. sex, love, drugs, music, food, when you can have all of these things, the curse of life is a conundrum where those things eventually stop fulfilling you like they once did. this basically explains evolution as well- sometime in the past some organism adapted to the environment and tried to go above and beyond to attain more food or resources or living space or mates or whatever, so the goalposts keep moving, always

When I see peoples relationships implode it is because one of the partners is stuck in life. Stuck on something.
What I have seen in many of the married men stop influencing their wives. Men need to stand firm and change her mind or at least keep bringing her around to your direction. Eventually with enough intelligence and such either she will go nuts or come around. If she goes nuts because of the truth, well then she is nuts and there was nothing logical to do to stay together. Out of the nine I found the point on getting that feeling that something is going on that will cause a split is a sign to leave asap and once broken up stay broken up for life the most convicting. Too much sense to be ignored. Also found the last one on self deprecation a priceless lesson that I never thought of as an insult to a woman"s ego and huge turnoff. I somehow thought women would always find it funny and or a trigger to release their nurturing caring I want to build this guy's confidence up instinct which I've come to realize doesn't exist. Either bad advice or watching too many bad examples on tv must have instilled that garbage in my mind to where it was acceptable and funny. Never again and thank you very much.
