Something I figured out but never hear from the man-o-sphere is that women always compare CURRENT men to ALL PREVIOUS men. So if a partner has a lot of previous men, a current man will never ever measure up.
The MORE a woman has "under her belt" the more alpha features she will have to compare YOU to. YOU will never have as big a bank account as "zach". YOU will never be as tall as "dave". YOU will never have as big a eggplant as "chad". YOU will never be as muscular as "steve".
It's not ONE alpha you have to worry about, its ALL of the alpha traits she has ever been with.

I was red-pilled by an alpha widow. I really liked her a lot but I felt like I was competing against a ghost. She was holding me to standards that didn't make any sense, I finally figured out that she was indirectly comparing me to a past relationship which I could never live up to.
It was very difficult emotionally but I eventually left her. That really began my red pill journey. Alpha widows are no joke, you can't have relationships with them unless you are considered "better" than her ex. Even then, one slip up on your part and she's pining for ex again, either consciously or subconsciously.
Can you expand on the stuff she did that made you have that realization? I have my own experiences but I’m sure the less experienced users could use some examples to take with them and store in the toolbox

Another sure fire way of knowing if a chick you are dealing with is alpha widowed is if she ever admits to having a friends with benefits arrangement with an ex boyfriend. If you hear this and you also get the vibe that she has been scorned from a previous relationship....just run because she is definitely an alpha widow. Or if you can you can hit it but don't get emotionally attached because it'll never work out the way you would want or expect.
OMG this is so true about women cheating on Alphas. I had a girl in my rotation for close to 6 months and she had been pushing for us to be exclusive since the 2nd month. She did everything she could to make me commit, did every freaky thing I wanted her to do, skip days off work if I called her, always getting me gifts and stuff. While I treated her good, I did nothing close to any of these, and went weeks not speaking to her, only calling her when I wanted sex. Around the 5th month she started becoming a little more aggressive, telling me she 'loved' me and she's willing to spend the rest of her life with me. I never told her anything of that nature back, and I noticed it made her pretty hurt. Now there's this other guy she was talking to. She always told me the guy liked her so much and kept telling her he wanted something serious, I just took it that she wanted me to compete which I wasn't going to. Long story short, a few weeks ago, she brought up the guy in a conversation we were having and how clingy the guy was and how she pretty much tries to avoid him now. I was a little curious and poked her a little and she told me this guy PROPOSED to marry her. I was confused and asked if they had sex, and she confessed to it, crying and telling me she regretted it. That she kept feeling she wasn't good enough for me and felt she needed to explore other options. I told her nothing serious could ever happen between us both and told her to give me space for a couple months. She still messages me everyday and sends gifts from time to time telling me she'd never be foolish again. SMH.

I ask because if it because you think you can do better, you might want to tell her that, so she doesn't think she fucked up by sleeping with the other guy. (You said you made it clear you were none exclusive). Also if possible I would tell that other guy that she's an alpha widow over you, to save him from making a mistake with her.
I would never again agree to be in a relationship if the girl wasn’t willing to get off media. It’s caused problems in every relationship I’ve ever had. You want me to call you my woman, stop sexually marketing yourself on media. If you can’t get off media then you’ll be a plate forever.

Works the other way too. I have a now ex that's on apps. He doesn't understand nothing will ever go down between he and I again because of it. He thinks I'm controlling him. It's not just sex. She is comparing you to the funniest, most compassionate, most social, highest earning guy she has ever been with. She does this not fully understanding increases in each positive trait come with drawbacks in the others. A high earner most likely is not going to have the time to be spontaneous or have time to hit the gym to obtain rock hard abs. Chris Rock said in a standup that women do not want to move backwards on relationship standards. All the way until she describes her ideal man as a mythical 10/10 in all aspects.

Why a man should put himself in competition with a woman's past lovers. That is fucking crazy. Let's say you win that competition, now you have a job for the rest of your life to keep frame. Knowing the firs time you show a weakness, and you will, she will start looking around. Take care of you and your resources and enjoy living life your way. We all die alone.
She's going to have a past unless she is an exception to the rule, or very young. In an ideal situation, you would find your virgin or almost Virgin very young who has genuine desire for you, she dates you exclusively, while you date around, (have a kid with her). The kids grows up, moves out. You have the sex, stability and caring support of a woman you've know all your adult life, while still fulfilling your surplus sexual needs with younger girls more sexually attractive than her.
Don't try to put yourself in competition with her past. Do you. If you're her apex, great, she'll never leave you. If you're not... Time is ticking...

I experienced this first hand!
Called my last EX out on this behaviour and she “attempted” to correct this by unfriending about 10 guys off Facebook but the red flag was there and I bailed.
I moved away (from Toronto) and have blocked her.
However, she found a way to contact me through a rogue email account and was doing her best to find out how I was doing and where I lived.

Ran into that myself. The guy kept butting into my relationship and my then girlfriend was clearly a borderline personality behavioral type which invites this behavior. She consistently allowed him, after I investigated her emails, to make personal decisions for her and constantly tried to meet her in his city. I guessed the guy liked the pussy but wasn't into a relationship. There is no winning this scenario unless she finds you to be above this guy in overall physical and financial tally. Now I'll say this, the Alpha guy saved me from a huge painful mistake because this chick was a fraud in total. After the smoked cleared she had a criminal record and a varied past in sex work and prostitution. This chick cleaned up like you have never seen and found a dude to use for money that she kept well hidden. I learned that con artist are everywhere. I don't know what her true intent was but I gathered she tried to go strait and narrow with me only she had no clue what that was like. Then the game started and once I was able to look behind the curtain it was truly ugly.

I’m not religious at all, but listening to the stories and the stats around notch count for women. It’s clear to see religion is an old philosophy for primitive people that has so much valuable information and insights. That’s why I don’t dismiss or criticise people who are religious. 40:52 is my exact story. BPD "LTR" with a lot of distance (military) was eroded after 5 years by nearest beta comfort provider (literally neighbor). I am absolutely sure I am her apex and she repeatedly told me as much in her own words, but she constantly feared being abandoned, especially while I was deployed. She even moved in with me (twice) Both times, 6 weeks later, her having refused to help me pay the bills. I called to ask him if he wanted her back, and he DID! Sheesh, once I can (kind of) see, but TWICE?
However, that has proved to be an inoculation against it ever happening again. I had to marry my current lady in order to stay in Columbia and to get the VA money for her college, and her college loans. and of course, also to get her into the US. I'm 71 and she's 21, tho.:-) By the time she's free to divorce me, I'll most likely be too old to care, if I even live that long. (ie almost 6 years). She's a sweetie, very smart, lovely, sexy, but without that "club" of her (badly) wanting to get a college degree and go to the US, I'd never have risked it.

In my 20s, I was very good looking, even though I was 5'7" and skinny. This was during the mid 90's. I ran across a web page titled "How to Lay Girls Guide", and even though I was getting tons of sex, I read through the site to see if I could add to my ability.
See, word got around the girls that I would have sex, even do bondage on them safely, and that would be that. I didn't kiss and tell, I never disrespected them, and I never manipulated them or got attached. So I was having sex with all of them. I was the go-to guy.
I saw some neat tricks on the site, but I don't like being manipulative, so never practiced the techniques.
I have checked into the culture off and on over the years, and have picked up some very valuable insights into how a typical woman thinks.
Ultimately, I think The Game is bad for you. Men cannot have inconsequential sex. It affects our ability to bond just as much as women's.

I listened to a Hank Williams song "Rootie Tootie", and it describes plate spinning. That was the norm until the boomer generation. The difference is you didn't have sex with the plates.
This culture has a lot of insight to offer, but some things are unhealthy.
Eventually I got bored with sex and went on a long celibacy streak. I think that was my psychological immune system righting the ship.

Don't get into a committed relationship ever. Modern people are so toxic on both sides but particularly woman as they are greatly encouraged to be that way. Also the whole it's your job as a man to provide and it's natural for women to want the best provider thing is not true historically or biologically. It's true culturally post industrialism but really much more recently then that. For most of human history woman were partners in providing and infact probably did MORE do provide then men and the children helped as well. This is true for most mammal arrangements. It's always been shared provision or females do more or even all providing. Even most non mammals have this arrangement. Ever watched birds build a nest, hatch eggs then hunt for food doe the chicks? Is it the male that does it all? No it's shared they both build the nest l, they take turns sitting on the eggs/hatchlings they take turns hunting. And this is true for most human history. Stop using this so called natural inclination as an excuse for shitty behaviour.
