Hi 👋🏽 I’m usually shy with posting things like this but I’m an overweight person who’s goal this year and onwards was to get in better shape. I usually go to the gym for my leg workouts but I was too self conscious about doing my arm workouts there too so I looked to this video. I’m 5 days in (for now I do this 3 days a week) and I’m told by my mom that she already sees a difference on my usually flabby arms (Of course she didn’t call them flabby but that’s how I see them). While I don’t see results on this through my eyes yet I definitely feel much more better and every time I do these I improve and I’m almost able to do the each workout without putting my arms down. I definitely want to thank you for making it possible to do such simple workouts for your arms and slimming them from the comfort of your couch or yoga mat (I sit on my yoga mat to avoid me relying on resting my arms on the couch haha) and this works so well with my current and ongoing gym routine (ˊo̶̶̷ᴗo̶̶̷`)🩷

Started on 17 April,2024 !😢 Day 1 : 17 /4 It was little difficult, it burnt, but i felt good afterwards. Day 2 : 19/4 It burnt and hurt like hell but just kept thinking of my goal and got though it. Day 3 :21/4 Love how it burns but still not able to do it all correctly, imma keep working hard tho !! Day 4 :23/4 Completed felt the burn! Day 5: 24/4 Completed, felt the burn, hopefully it will work. Day 6: 28/4 Used a bottle, felt some more Burn, Love this workout 💪🏻. Day 7 ;13/5 It's been a long time, had exams, but felt the burn Day 8 : 9/6 Almost a month gap, my arms were on fire while doing this, but feels so good. Day 9 : 16/6 I've never felt this much burn in my arms, maybe cause I've doing this workout after a huge gap , but it felt amazing after completion. Day 10 : 18 / 6 Nice but I think I'll add more arm exercises along with this one.
I am 54 yrs old have three beautiful children my eldest already in his 30s I have been following your exercise and it’s very helpful I feel more healthy and fit Thank you so much 🙏I get beautiful posture now ! 🥰🥰

I liked İt. But I have a problem, I was doing previous ones for one and a half month but nothing changed about my arms. And I'm doing your abs and lower belly workouts and I saw improvements just in a week. Also your slim thighs workout and I saw changes like in 3 weeks. I love you Hailey 💗🥰💖
As @prismithic said! You really can’t just do this and call it a day. You have to add other work outs and watch what you eat. These exercises are mainly for toning
@@kanikasusaniya well, you can’t loose fat in one area you gotta lose overall. So adding this workout with others you can find on RUclips will help you loose body fat and you’ll see change in arm

just a reminder to anybody reading this you can spot reduce fat. if you don’t see results from just doing this workout it’s because you also need to watch your diet, do more exercises, resistance training and also genetics. good luck

start: 23.03.2024 27cm arms day 1: ☑️ i was surprised that i liked this workout its fun and you definitely feel the burning in the arms day 2: ☑️ i did it twice today day:3 ☑️ i did it today with 2 bottles (500ml each) and it was so much harder but i dint give up. i will do an body workout after this arm workout to achieve my goal and because i have fun doing these! day4: today i had to skip bc i collapsed due my period and really felt weak. My arms are 26cm now! day5: ☑️ the burn ☠️
Edit: I gave up 😊 Started this yesterday! (This will hopefully be a long comment with future updates!) Just trying to get to a starting point where I'm comfortable getting sweaty and maintaining a workout routine before working with actual weights. I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, but I have some genetic "bat wings" and some lower-body fat I'd like to try and minimize before my wedding in 5 months. 5/8/24: beginning day! There was definitely a 🔥 going on. I coupled it with 8 1/2 minutes at a slow (but steady) pace on the exercise bike. I did notice I felt like drinking more water and making better eating choices during the day because I had exercised earlier, however slightly. I was also more tired at the end of the day and ready to sleep earlier. 5/9: did this during a wfh meeting while my camera was off 😂 pushed through some slight soreness and added another minute of tricep extensions at the end. Going to try and hit the 10-minute mark on the bike.

Trying this as an 11 year old!!! Hopefully not giving up!!!💕🎀🩰 Left upper arm: 19cm Left lower arm: 16cm Right upper arm: 20cm Right lower arm: 16cm Updating results after 1 week !! Day 1 // Morning : Day 1 was pretty easy but VERY painful, my arms were constantly sore during each exercise, is that a sign it’s working? I hope so because my arms are getting more sore by the second.✅ Day 1 // Night : For some reason, it hurts even more than this morning 😢 it’s really painful and I’m sore. Hoping I can do it tomorrow though and also I love the burn it has, not the pain but the burn is awesome. Anyways Day 1 complete ✅ Day 2 // Morning : WOWZA! It hurt even more today! My arms received a HUGE burn and my muscles feel tight, I love this workout and I’m looking forward to seeing the results after 2 weeks of doing this once every morning and night!✅ Day 2 // Night : I think it’s working!!! well you can’t spot reduce body fat so maybe try adding full body workouts if you aren’t already doing them

Day 1 // Morning : Day 1 was pretty easy but VERY painful, my arms were constantly sore during each exercise, is that a sign it’s working? I hope so because my arms are getting more sore by the second.✅
Day 1 // Night : For some reason, it hurts even more than this morning 😢 it’s really painful and I’m sore. Hoping I can do it tomorrow though and also I love the burn it has, not the pain but the burn is awesome. Anyways Day 1 complete ✅
Day 2 // Morning : WOWZA! It hurt even more today! My arms received a HUGE burn and my muscles feel tight, I love this workout and I’m looking forward to seeing the results after 2 weeks of doing this once every morning and night!✅
Day 2 // Night : I think it’s working!!! I’m not really seeing any physical changes or progress right now because of course, I’m ONLY on Day 2 but my bicep is becoming more clear, A while ago, I wasn’t able to notice my bicep ‘cause it was covered in fat but now, my biceps are getting more visibly clear, although my arms are sore, I feel as though that they get more swollen each time I do it, and that might be a fact. Anyway, Day 2 complete ✅
Day 3 // Morning : Guys, the burn is real, I’m not sure if it’s just me but if you do this workout it’s stings more each time you do it, I like the burn tho.✅
Day 3 // Night : I fell asleep RIGHT after an event and was super tired I completely forgot about it, Day 3 morning completed but Day 3 night not ❌
Day 4 // Morning : I obviously had to do it this morning to make up for last night so I did it, my arms where shaking and burning, loving this workout, also my arms a noticeably thinner ✅
Day 4 // Night : IM SO SORRY, I keep on forgetting to do it again, I’ll try my best to not miss another session❌
Day 5 // Morning : I obviously had to do it today because I didn’t do it last night, also the burn actually wasn’t that bad✅
Day 5 // Night : It was lowkey easy and simple, not much of a burn today anyways, Day 5 complete ✅
Day 6 // Morning : I feel so refreshed knowing that I did this, I’m happy I didn’t skip today and am looking forward for tonight, my arms definitely felt a burn and I can see results already! ✅
Day 6 // Night : I COMPLETELY FORGOT! im so sorry i forgot to do it ❌
Day 7 // Morning : I’m glad i did it today! I feel soothed and energized so excited that it’s our first week ✅
Day 7 // Night : I can officially say that our first week is completed, also it didn’t burn as much, and I see small changes, anyways, 1st week done 🎉✅

I’ve been doing this for five days now. Hopefully, I will do it till the end.😂 My arms are now 11”. I think I’ll see the results after 30 days.
Iv been doing this for more than 30 days and my arms have slimmed a bit and toned. Alhough, there is still flab in my arms 🥲

Day 1: ✅ (i do this one time, it's not hard because i try her one exercise about this but haha it's hard so i switch to try this one and it's super easy! I don't feel any pain!)

Day 3: ✅ (wohoo!! It was my third day, tomorrow I'll try to measure my arms i hope it really reduces)
