    Day1: ✅ feel the burn
    Day2: ✅ today was harder than yesterday but still good (don't see changes)
    Day3: ✅ it was easier than yesterday ( can see little changes)
    Day4: ✅it was pretty easy ( no changes )
    Day5:✅ it was easy ( see little changes)
    Day6:✅ was very easy (see changes)
    Day7:✅ was a little bit hard beacause I dance 1h before( see changes)
    I can see results but i want my arms to be thinner, so I'll be doing this for next week (or more)
    Day8:✅ was a little bit hard cuz i dance a lot today(see changes)
    Day9:❎ i dont have time today
    Day10:✅✅ did it twice because of yesterday ( don't see changes)

    Doing this for 15 days:
    Size of arms before: 30cm
    Day 1: ✅ still 30 cm
    Day 2: ✅ 29.5 cm (I'm on a calorie deficit too)

    I'll do it for 14 days every evening ( or more)
    Day 1 :✅ (it was a little bit hard, and I had a little breaks while doing exercises)
    Day 2: ✅ (same)
    Day 3: ✅ ( it went better, and I feel my hands well all day )
    Day 4: ✅ ( it was harder, because I had a long walk today; see very little changes ( I fell my muscles when I touch arms!!) )
    Day 5: ✅❎ I did 10 min workout, cause I was soo tired in the evening
    Day 6: ✅ A little bit easier and I can enjoy my arms becoming more and more stronger and slimmer
    Day 7: ✅ it was easier than yesterday so I tried to pay more attention keeping my back straight
    Day 8: ❎ skipped ( I was sooo tired this day)
    Day 9:✅ done ( I can see changes)
    Day 10: ✅ done
    Day 11:❎✅ I did 10 mins workout for arms and other for legs
    Day 12:❎ rest day
    Day 13:✅ done
    I really enjoy doing workout, thank you Hailey!!! In my opinion your workouts are the most effective

    Quite a long exercise, overall, haven't noticed fat loss, definitely seen little muscle gain. Personally had more loss with the other arms workout

    I’ve been doing all her arm exercises for nearly 4 MONTHS and just started doing this one for half a month consistently every single night but I noticed very insignificant differences. Like maximum 3cm down, even thou my arms really feel the burning effect. Someone pls tell me your honest results and how long it took u. I will still continue doing this because better lose some fat than none but I really hope to see more noticable results

    After a attempted suicide I went into depression I gained wight fat in my arm I want to lose it I want to feel for myself I want to live my second life better better this work actually really great
    Day 1 was really hard but I got through it
    Day 2 num and soreness but did the full workout I'll update everyday
    Day 3 just done arm feel num but in a good way I feel like my arms are more stronger then before
    Day 4 rest cuz soreness
    Day 5 it burns but much esay arm much more stronger
    Day 6 did all the workout bit more easy arms little bit tonded ❤ am not gonna give up
    Day 7 it burns 🔥 ✨️ 🎶 😭 but still complete the workout feeling gooood
    Day 8 🚫🚫
    Day 9 did it 🎉 arm 🔥
    Didn't do it for week got really bad fever now getting back in
    Day 10

    I had done one of her arm routines for a week and this is my second week doing that video exercise and I can see improvement and I lots of people like to see other people’s results like when they see people doing it and I think that if you want to see improvement in a exercise I would say to repeat the vid you burn a lot that’s what im doing and I see results fast and I love her videos she gives me boost of confidence and to know that if I want to see improvement I have to get off the couch and do workout bc I also want to be happy with myself and love my body as well and and thx Hailey your videos helped me so much I’m also doing other exercises and I love them

    Day 1: My hands hurt a lot after every 2 exercises I take a break of about 10 seconds and then continue again!!!

    It’s actually work!!! I do this workout only 3 times a week but it makes my arm slimmer.I have done so many workouts and this is the one that makes my arm more better❤

    Day 1 : done! it was so hard thoo
