I do weights and was surprised my arms were burning with no equipment, will keep doing these exercises.
I'll do it for 14 days every evening ( or more)
Day 1 :✅ (it was a little bit hard, and I had a little breaks while doing exercises)
Day 2: ✅ (same)
Day 3: ✅ ( it went better, and I feel my hands well all day )
Day 4: ✅ ( it was harder, because I had a long walk today; see very little changes ( I fell my muscles when I touch arms!!) )
Day 5: ✅❎ I did 10 min workout, cause I was soo tired in the evening
Day 6: ✅ A little bit easier and I can enjoy my arms becoming more and more stronger and slimmer
Day 7: ✅ it was easier than yesterday so I tried to pay more attention keeping my back straight

I’ve been doing all her arm exercises for nearly 4 MONTHS and just started doing this one for half a month consistently every single night but I noticed very insignificant differences. Like maximum 3cm down, even thou my arms really feel the burning effect. Someone pls tell me your honest results and how long it took u. I will still continue doing this because better lose some fat than none but I really hope to see more noticable results
