    favourite thing about following maddie is that you never entirely stop, you can miss a day or two, you can even take a month off, but you never stop! Maddie turned exercise into passion ❤

      I am just coming back now after two months of feeling super stressed at work and about life in general. Instantly felt calmer doing one of her warm ups that I had always done in the year prior. It's so hard to get back into the routine but Maddie's videos make it so much easier!

    Hi Maddie! Your dog is so sweet 😊 I love how clear and concise your cues are! I appreciate these HIIT classes with no jumping as jumping can sometimes be a migraine trigger for me. I loved the variety of exercises selected for this routine! This was SO GOOD 🔥!!! Thank you so much 🙏💜

      Drink water with 1tsp himalayan salt and 2T lemon juice to offset your migraines. Also magnesium plus B3 take together. You can also take activated charcoal on a daily basis to cleanse your system

      same, love the no jumping. just come back from an ankle injury and jumping makes is so painful right now. no jumping makes it so easy to get back into exercise without aggravating the injury!

    I love how professional the set up is (like, the interior design and lighting), how well you fit your own cues, and how you don't even HINT at letting form drop until that counter reaches absolute 0. Amazing format

    This is exactly what I need to get back on track! I’ve enjoyed my summer and been a bit lazy on trainings but want to get back at it and I feel like this one will be hard but rewarding 😍 Can’t wait to do it either tonight or tomorrow 💪🏻

    Loved this workout, sometimes with repetitions, I get bored and discouraged when I have to do something difficult twice in a row, makes me feel like I’m majorly out of shape 😂 I appreciate how manageable this was while still feeling like a good workout and making me sweat!! Thanks so much!!

    It's been a while since I did a solid HIIT workout. Now I did a 12-minute HIIT two days in a row (this one and a different one). I forgot how good it could feel! 😁 Thanks, Madfit! This was both fun and sweaty.

    I love your workouts! I am currently a NAIA cross country and track runner who loves to do HIIT training as cross training as well as endurance training. Your workouts are great for that, and I have noticed more definition in my abs as well as more strength in my legs- Thanks ;)

    This one was great for first thing in the morning! Gentle and allowed for some stretching within some of the moves and get's you sweaty!

    this is a great HIIT routine for beginners..it introduces you to some of the harder movements, but in ways that are easier to maintain form and aren't as strenuous

    I have absolutely fallen in love with these videos. I have so much anxiety about going to the gym and I can do these at home and be done. I’ve managed to lose 45 pounds with just intermittent fasting and HIIT workouts and weight training are what I need to kick it into high gear and get the rest off while toning as well. This chick is awesome 😎

    omg this was an AMAZING WORKOUT. I only need madfit for all of my homework out needs. 1 thing. Adorable dog doesn't flintch the entire workout haha. 2nd thing I can really tell this work out kills because even she was red faced, sweaty and more out of breath than usual.     So I've only been using you for 3 days I do three of your videos a day I do I like to do after I'm done two of them and you'll go into calm my body down and today I did the this one the killer hit one and before this I did that happen yoga one and I'm going to wait a couple minutes to do the other one but you're super good I don't have I haven't downloaded your app yet but only 3 days and I'm already so impressed so thank you for having you and being you so thank you mad but you were an amazing Creator and have amazing videos you have made me feel so much more better with my body and I really feel like I'm taking care of myself a lot better
