It was time for another NO JUMPING HIIT! This is perfect for when you need a quick sweat session but aren't wanting to disturb your neighbors or just need something a little easier on the joints! Hope you guys enjoyed this one ❤️
Honestly this is the best and most helpful/effective RUclips channel out there for maintaining fitness. I love how your videos are extremely considerate of your viewers’ limitations, such as the need to not jump. Thank you thank you thank you!
Routine is really good! I really like it other than the "no jumping" promise. I had to replace anything that made too much noise with something else since people live below me and i do my routines in the morning.
I just started today! Over the past year iv lost 56 lb. I am now over weight 🥳 I wanted something more than a 30 min brisk walk and found this! I am now wrecked lol that was super hard!!! I look forward to it becoming easier
@@Local_idiot_21 TYSM!! it has! I usually do this one once a week. But even though its still hard, it's not nearly as hard as it was! I need to work on my form though. Some of it is so sloppy and I don't have the right posture. I'm getting there! 😄
Girl you got it! Power in the mind. J usually try to have a positive mindset going into a workout I look at it as an opportunity to see what my body can do and if your sweating your doing it right.❤🎉
This was the unexpected birthday present that made my day! Thanks MadFit for guiding me the past two years on my journey to better whole-self health. You make such a positive impact on this community and our lives!
Exercising after a one year break. This felt like a warm up. You can't believe how happy it made me to know my condition isn't as bad as I thought it was.
I was not feeling like working out today but i pushed through and tried to do atleast a 10 minute workout! It's great! I feel good for doing it even when i didn't felt like! Push through guys! You all can do it!
New here, you're rocking me. I've gone from 135 to 210# and a 27" waist to 38" waist. Suffered an injury that put me down for a couple years, then covid hit me hospitalizing me, worst shape ever now, you have a follower! Thanks for rocking me today!
Do it right after I finished my work. Thought wanna be lazy and watch RUclips video. Then MadFit video showed up in my home feed. Guess it's destiny! So here I am, sweating and killing this workout.
Love these workouts no fuss, good rest and no repeats, less talking. Just reduce the timer ringing to start from 3 seconds, because my body starts giving up when I hear that timer
Enjoying these videos…I have been doing them for about a month and love the variety. I can choose what my body is feeling like or what I need to work on. Thank you and keep them coming!
Girl Ive been absolutely LOVING your videos for my fitness comeback. I was a « gym rat » before and with covid and all thw gyms closing i lost all my muscle and gained a lot of weight. I’ve been trying to do some workouts but I stucked to nothing.. so gyms are open now and i just cant go i dont feel good at all. I tried some of your 10-15 min cardio workouts and I can say that Ive been enjoying them ALOT. those little workouts have been really effevtive and FUN to do. I mean im having fun doing cardio😭 Also, ive lost some bag of chips weight and I feel SO good. Thank you.💖
Thank you for giving us another no repeat workout. These are my favorite! This one was especially great. Quick and very sweaty. You're the best, Maddie..
Best RUclips I’ve ever found for workouts. This is my day one to a new me! I did this workout for the first time this morning. Only 10 minutes but it got me breaking a sweat! Once I get comfortable I’ll move on to longer ones but for this week, this is it!!!
Happy Anniversary! I love your videos! I started with the most recent and worked may way down. Anyone can do these and adapt ( I used a medicine ball for planks when my shoulder was frozen). I love that they are quick enough to do before work and still get a great workout. I was 148 pounds (Covid weight) and now I'm back to 123 pounds, at 5'6'' and 56 years old. Most importantly, I'm healthy and fit thanks to you. I've always had an active life and like working out, but you make it so easy! So THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
You rock! This workout helped me squeeze in a workout on the day of my husband’s grandmother’s funeral. I’m in a small room with about 3 feet of space each way and this workout was enough. Thank you for creating versatile content. 😊
Just got back to working out after a couple of years of doing nothing, last night I realised it was really affecting my body and I felt horrible. Todays a new start and that workout was great. When I used to work out and was in good shape, I found these kind of videos pretty easy but I almost gave up this time😅 thanks for this💖
Hey maddie! I absolutely love your workouts but I have a lot of trouble with exercises that require me to use my wrists and hands a lot. Could you make a routine where I don’t have to place so much pressure on my wrists?😊
Tried this for the first time I am an extreme beginner had to opt out of some of the exercises but still did a march going to continue to do this until I can do all the exercises and it gets easier feeling proud for even trying
Thank you Maddie. This was perfect. I had no time to work out today. Instead of resting for the 20 seconds, I took your advice for an active rest in between sets, I did step out jumping jacks. It made my heart rate go up for an even healthier hit workout.
Sweating so much workout killed me but I’m feeling good this my second time goin through this one and didn’t need as many breaks and got it done !!! Great job to everyone trying they hardest out there remember just showin up to the workout is an accomplishment in its own !!!
Thank you! I’ve been wanting to include a workout session before work (because after it I’m so exhausted, I won’t workout for sure) and your videos are gonna help me big time! Quick and efficient!
Just did it for the first time. I stuck with it, but my movements were not perfect. I am going to try to do this workout 3 times a week. It only takes 10 minutes, but I can feel it in my body. Very fun!
I am trying to become more active and have done a few videos in the past, now every day I choose one of these videos after yoga. Today is day 2 and I’m excited to see how I improve a month from now by being consistent!
Because of my busy schedule i havent had time to do workouts that really get my sweat going. This is such a quick and easy workout that actually gets my sweat going without unappealingly hard. This workout is effective and easy! Thank you for this! Definitely gonna come back to this one!
Need this for PE tomorrow cuz I have a PE test tomorrow. XD Thank you so much for this! It's 8:19PM rn and no one knows and it's dark outside and I don't want it to be loud so I'm glad this doesn't have any exercises where you need to jump (as the title already says). Though it still has some exercises where you have to sort of jump a little, not up but I think you know what I mean.😅 Again, thank you!🌺 Have a nice day/night!💗⭐ (Now it's 8:22PM)

Just found out about all that old vegan drama today watching old what I eat in a day vids. As an x-vegan for 15 years who suffered from severe anemia never let anybody tell you how to eat. Say what you will about meat eaters but they have never called me evil unlike my vegan "friends" who are no more. Love the vids girl!
I love these workouts, its just not no jumping. I have had to do adaptions which most definitely don't burn as much. For every one else who can jump it's amazing though!
One year ago I did this as my first ever workout. When I finished I lay on the floor completely exhausted foe a good 5 minutes. After a year of consistently working out (mostly Madfit) I did this again, thinking I could see how much progress I've made...and finished collapse on the floor in the exact same way. I did it three times in a row! I'd prefer 30 min low impact workouts if you can do more of those! Or if you do the lower minute workouts, I'll just do them multiple times to get to 30 min.
Thanks Maddie you helped me so muchhh I’m so happy i did lose a little bit of weight in 1 week the most affective one was you thank you so much and I decided to only watch your workouts thx for helping me❤️

Yea this was mot no jumping
sadly I could only do 2 of the things they included, but a lot seemed to enjoy it so thats good
