      I’m literally in amazement that Jaz is knocked out the whole time and that Maddie didn’t stumble into her once because the way my balance is set up...Jaz would’ve had to come off of that mat 🤣🤣

    Maddie is my favorite fitness channel here on RUclips. I love how genuine she is and she isn't afraid to show when a workout is intense! Also, not that there is anything wrong with makeup, I love how she doesn't bury her face to workout! I feel like she's here right with me!

    This was a great workout, but puppy Jazz stole the show for me! I had to show everyone in my family! I know she is full grown now, but this is just adorable!

    This is PERFECT! No jumping, 12 minutes, full body, no equipment necessary. This was a great warm-up before my softball league game. Keep these types of workouts coming! I can squeeze in two or three 12-minute workouts a day, wherever my schedule allows! This workout alone will keep me coming back.

    Day 1: ✅ First Day completed! I was a little all over the place but still did a nice job. The only big struggles I had were the lunge arm swings because when I lunged I fell over. I also struggled with the squat-knees plank jump so I just did squat and knees.
    Day 2: ✅ Getting better at staying coordinated on the 1st one. Still can't do the lunges so I did squats with the arm circles and I opted out of squat-knees plank jump.
    Day 3: ✅ did good. Getting better at the 1st exercise. For the third to last I just do the arm circles with weights and or the second to last one I just do deep squats with weights.

    Just did this with my 70 y.o. mom and we had so much fun! I’ve been trying to get my fam more into home exercises since we can’t go out as much and it’s so great having guides like these that give us both a good workout! 😊❤️

    Thanks. Some good variety in there from the usual. I personally find the 30 second rest periods too long so i did the exercises for 45 seconds each.

    Love your workouts Maddie! Especially your more challenging ones. This should be stated a 6 min workout since there are 30 seconds break between exercises. It wasn’t enough of a challenge for me. Could you consider creating a playlist of workouts that are more intense in nature? Zero or short breaks in between. Intense and guaranteed to get your heart rate up? Thank you so much!

    Love this workout! There is jumping in one of the exercises though (jumping in plank). Any recommendations for those with bad knees? Even that small amount of jumping there hurt the knees.

    I can definitely not keep up with you but I just do the workout in my own pace :) Love this, didnt workout for a long time because every other video had jumping in it, it def did not encourage me to do them. Love you Maddie!!

    I would really love a wrist strengthening video by you, Maddie! I injured my wrist quite badly a few years ago, so until I get back the strength and flexibility that it used to have I can't do almost any arm exercises and that sucks 'cause I'd love to! your workouts are always so much fun and you're a great instructor and I just wanted to drop the suggestion :) thanks for everything you do
