Slow Flow GROUNDING Yoga | Restorative 40-Min Class

- Hey everyone! I hope this video finds you well. Our new class this week is based off of a restorative sequence that I recently posted on Instagram. The postures in this class are grounding by nature, meant to allow you to feel deeply rooted and calm. This sequence will help reduce anxiety, stress and allow you to reconnect to yourself both physically and mentally.
One strap is optional for this class. Other than that, all you need is yourself and your mat. :)

These classes have resolidified my practice. Love the depth and variety of them all!
It didn't feel like 40mins (felt shorter!) but there were poses that I struggled with. I feel a lot more clamer and softer now. Really enjoyed the hip openers and trying out new poses. So glad I found your channel! X

I've got a few yogateachers whom I love, but you're the only one who can guide me through savasana in peace.
It actually is a very difficult pose for me to stay in and not get uneasy.
For me this is more important than 'acrobatics' (no disrespect to anyone).
I love the direction the flow and the gift of no music and just silence, allowing us to connect 🫶 thank you

This was... the most perfect flow for me. Thank you. My lower back actually touched the floor almost in supdabattakanasana (idk if i spelled that right). But thats amazing because i have severe hyper lordosis of the lower spine. Jessica... you've changed my life. I've been brought to yoga again during a time of loss and sadness and your flows are helping me heal my body and heart. So many sincere, heartfelt thanks. I feel strong and grounded after this. Perfect to release my body.

Angelina Rengma hey Angelina! I’m so happy to hear that. This practice may actually help to alleviate any symptoms that you might be experiencing form your period. I would suggest skipping the shoulder stand at the end and do legs up the wall (with your back on the floor) instead. Hope that helps!
