- Welcome to your slow yoga flow for self care and relaxation. This 30 minute sequence is gentle on the body and easy on the mind with minimal cues so that you can focus on yourself. Practice this routine whenever you need to relax after a busy week or catch up on time with yourself.
This class doesn't include a lot of talking. There will be occasional cues and a relaxing playlist throughout so that you can rebuild your energy and fill your cup. Each posture is accessible for all levels and I will offer different options throughout so that you can find the pose that works for you.

I have been battling a migraine since last night. Tried to rest, tried to move around, felt like I was weighed down by the pain. I decided to try and do some gentle yoga to see if that would help. Found this video and I could not be happier at the end of it. I’m relaxed, and the migraine is almost completely gone. I wasn’t able to do all the movements, but I took it really slow and did what I could. Thank you so much, I feel much better 🤍

I just did this practice. I am as blind as a bat without my glasses but I was able to follow this practice without wearing glasses. I love how clear your cues are. I think I only missed two or three places.
I wasn’t able to do everything and my muscles were shaking at the end, I recently had Covid and am still feeling tired. I tried to do most of it though, thank you!
