Nice Tundra! I have the same tail lights as you do. I have a 2005 Toyota Tundra SR5 V-8 4X4 Double Cab with 97,000 actual Miles on it. I'm the original owner. Thus far, it has been one of the best Trucks I've ever owned. It has the Factory Tow Package on it too. It is the perfect truck for what we do. Tow, Snow, 4-wheel... it does it all well. From the Factory it came with about 285hp. Toyota TRD offered one option I wish I would have got when I made the purchase though. TRD offered a Supercharger for my Tundra. If I recall correctly it added about 150hp. Wish I would have jumped at it when I had the chance! Mileage... that's where things get interesting. Before the bigger tires, we could, on a flat road, with no wind and the cruise set at 55mph, get 20mpg. Bigger tires, K&N Cold Air Kit and Borla Cat back exhaust made that change. We now get about the same mpg as you do!

I love my tundra. I got an 05 that relatively stock other then the exhaust and a cold air intake. I get around 16-18 city and 18-20 on highway. It does great in the woods. Only 2 things I don’t like about it is the fender flares I got on it and the honeycomb plastic bumper. I plan on replacing the fender flares with some thinner ones or just removing them all together and welding the holes closed. I also plan on eventually getting custom built front and rear bumpers with possibly a winch and led light pods. As of now I got a light bar and 2 led pods on the front honey comb. Then I got some reverse lights. They all work great.
I absolutely LOVE my 05 Double Cab Limited Tundra with sun roof, leather seats & only 143k in black & no rust. I'm the 2nd owner & am gonna start modifying it to my taste.
