Welcome to Day Two of this Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS 10 Day Yoga Challenge! Today we are focusing on our Hips, hence the name Happy Hips. In todays yoga class we will work on flexibility mobility and strength in this extremely important area of the body. So jump on the mat and I cant wait to flow with you!

I absolutely loved it! It was hard to motivate myself to hop on my mat but once I'm on it I just want more than 20 minutes!
20 minutes was the best timing to be able to squeeze in busy days or days without motivation :D

I have been doing enemas, pilates and yoga since 1995 when I was 13 years old for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, more energy, pain relief and pain management.
I arrived home at 21:00... cooked, eat, talk to my family and boyfriend... and still gave 20 min a time for my self. Its 00:15 just finished happyhips so happy I did this before going to bed.
Day 2 done! Wow that was hard, I’m sweating🤣 but i feel amazing and awake can’t wait for the rest❤️

Beautiful flow Jen! Just finished a killer 11 mile bike ride and this flow was EXACTLY what my hips needed. Definitely too blessed to be stressed after this yummy flow! Thank you!!

Ok I love walking in and out of planks! I remember at the start of my journey I could barely walk up to top of the mat so it makes me feel so happy. 💕
Hadn’t done a pigeon pose in awhile too!
It is definitely the low lunge to goddess transition for me!! oh my legs 🔥🔥 I always enjoy working on new vinyasas, and these really made my hips happy!!

Hey Jen, This is Rahul. Day 2 done just like yesterday right at the end of day and just before the dinner time. I love Lower body yoga practice and "Happy Hips" is just appropriate . Hips are happy and so am I . Namaste :)

Day two done! Sweaty as well after this one but just before bed (and shower obv) is what I needed to relax and recenter after a stressful day at work..Thank you! Can't wait for tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️🥰
Done! I missed the start yesterday so I did day one and two now, and I must say I’m hooked. Just what I needed and 20 minutes is just the right amount of time. It was a bit tricky for me with the pigeon and the turn after that but I guess I get better soon! It was soooo nice with all the stretch and your voice makes me so calm and I felt very blessed in the end thinking of things that I’m grateful for. Thank you! Can’t wait until tomorrow!
Day 2 is complete! I've really been focusing and trying to do stretches to achieve the splits, it was a monthly goal for August that I wasn't able to accomplish and has now been moved to my September goal, however I hurt my leg in the process so this practice was such a nice way to get my legs and hips warmed up without fully practicing my splits for the day and just taking it slow and gentle with my body today but also feeling a nice burn throughout my legs! Such a great practice I loved pigeon to cow face so unique and such a fun transition! Thank you Jen!

This day was amazing. Day one had me excited and day two had me pausing the video just to stay in pigeon a little longer!! 🧡
